Star rating of a design, using the SR4D tool, or through other iRAP processes, can be performed by any suitably iRAP trained road safety practitioner.

The iRAP tool is available as part of iRAP’s free-to-use toolkit making safer road design accessible for all, including low- and middle-income countries.

It is available for free for ViDA Creator account holders.

The iRAP SR4D tool was developed by iRAP with support from the World Bank’s Global Road Safety Facility.
