Attention ViDA users

Welcome to 2022, we wish you all the best for the year ahead! 

We are scheduling some further updates to ViDA and therefore more maintenance is required. This means that tools such as ViDA, SR4S and SR4D will be unavailable on Monday 31 January between 7.00 am to 10.00 am UK time (GMT).

We encourage you to please plan your activity accordingly to avoid any disruptions.

Some good news from the recent upgrades…

We are now just a few clicks away to help if you need assistance – A support contact form has now been introduced on ViDA, located in the dashboard and header menu. 

The overall speed performance of ViDA has improved with recent updates made to UI, which means ViDA works faster now and is more stable to serve your needs.

We look forward to bringing you further upgrades in 2022.
