2020 was a very challenging year for all of us, and, whilst iRAP stopped delivering on-site training, we were able to adapt all our courses to an online platform effectively.

As a result, we currently have 21 online courses across several languages including: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese and French.

In 2020, 92 training activities were delivered (including external events with iRAP content) to 6,364 attendees. These participants were from over 124 countries across the world.

After all online courses, participants were invited to provide feedback on their experience. Out of the 308 responses we received:

  • 96% of the responders indicated they were satisfied and above with the course.
  • 96% of the responders indicated they had learnt a lot during their course (rated between 4 and 5 – with 1 being the lowest ‘learnt a few’ and 5 being the highest ‘learnt a lot’).
  • Only 3 responses where ‘unsatisfied’ specifically with the Schoology LMS platform.

In terms of accreditation, iRAP currently has 207 valid accreditations: 14 inspection systems and 196 accreditations for 140 individuals. In 2020, we received 59 new individual accreditations and 46 individual accreditation renewals. There was also 4 new inspection system accreditations and 4 inspection system accreditation renewals.
