September 2018: IndiaRAP’s Technical Manager Jigesh Bhavsar was invited to present at the FIA Regional II Roundtable Event in Kathmandu, Nepal. Jigesh presentation explored road safety opportunities through the iRAP Programme, including major campaigns; the Star Rating for Schools Project and the 3 star or better campaign.

Event summary: Over 55 delegates, speakers and VIPs met at the Hyatt Regency for two days of networking and important presentations from Global NCAP, IndiaRAP and the Curtin University.  The event VIPs included:

• Mr Thierry Willemarck, FIA Deputy President for Mobility
• Mr Andrew McKellar, FIA Secretary General for Mobility,
• Hon Raghubir Mahaseth, MInister for Physical Infrastructure and Transportation.
