The three European Union- funded sister projects of PHOEBESOTERIA and V4SAFETY are joining to present their first year updates and preliminary conclusions from their work to enhance urban road safety in Europe.

The sister projects’ webinar will take place on January 30, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:30 AM and showcase project results and the use of data in transport modelling for improved road safety.

About PHOEBE

iRAP is proud to be a partner in the ‘Predictive Approaches for Safer Urban Environment’ (PHOEBE) project which aims to increase the road safety of vulnerable road users, especially those who use active mobility and e-scooters. This is achieved through the inter-disciplinary power of traffic simulation and road safety assessment. The 3.5 year-long PHOEBE project will draw inspirations from real-world scenarios in the three pilot cities of Athens (GR), Valencia (ES) and West Midlands (UK).
