The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Projects Directorate (PJ), Mobility Department, Regional Transport Programmes Division (RTRANS) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a (Senior) Road Safety AdvisorThis is a full time position at grade 5/6.

The EIB is looking for a (Senior) Road Safety Advisor to lead the Bank’s efforts to implement the new TLP, scale up road safety investments and operationalise its ambitions in all Bank related operations. The (Senior) Road Safety Advisor will contribute to policy work at Bank, EU and international level. S/he will be responsible for translating policy into practice, by promoting it within the EIB, mainstreaming it in Bank internal processes and providing advice to colleagues regarding the implementation of road safety policies and procedures. S/he will also develop the road safety requirements and deliverables in Bank-financed operations, including for financing instruments, programmes, projects, technical assistance and advisory services.
