Partnership with Kazakh Scientific Research Institute for Road Safety brings new Star Rating Essentials online course in Russian

As part of a project in Kazakhstan, iRAP and Kazakh Scientific Research Institute for Road Safety are partnering to build capacity of 25 professionals in the country, specifically to perform road safety assessments according to iRAP specifications.
