October 24 2018: iRAP’s Regional Director – The Americas, Julio Urzua presented at the FIA Convention in Asunción, Paraguay this week covering topics of the iRAP methodology, iRAP tools including the Star Rating for Schools app, and the social and economic cost of road crashes around the world.

This Transit and Protocols themed event was organised by the United Nations & FIA, attended by representatives from Road authorities, UNICEF, UNECE, Auto Clubs and Universities.
