At the recent FIA – Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile and FIA Foundation General Assemblies I had the opportunity to connect with other FIA Members in the mobility and motorsport clubs from around the world who are actively improving #roadsafety.

Here’s just some of what FIA clubs and are delivering together:

✅ #SR4S safety assessments at more than 250 schools, with 100+ locations already improved through the FIA Safe and Sustainable Mobility Grants Programme
✅ iRAP-standard surveys covering 100,000+ km of roads.
✅ Crash risk mapping on strategic road networks to track and improve safety performance.
✅ Millions of people reached through advocacy for safer roads.
✅ #CycleRAP assessments on key bicycle networks.
✅ Capacity building through the FIA’s Safe Mobility 4 All and 4 Life initiative.

The week also marked the re-election of Mohammed Ben Sulayem as FIA President and his appointment as Chair of the FIA Foundation — setting the stage for exciting years ahead for road safety, sustainable mobility, and the future of transport.
