iRAP is offering a comprehensive two-part online course (2 x 1 hour live sessions) on Assuring Quality in iRAP Projects, equipping participants with the essential tools and insights to ensure the accuracy and reliability of road safety assessments.

iRAP projects have been delivered by partners in 128 countries of the world, helping to inform the safety of more than USD103 billion of road infrastructure investment.

iRAP assessments and associated safer roads investment are supporting countries’ achievement of the UN Global Road Safety Performance Targets 3 and 4. The targets include ensuring all new roads are built to a 3-star or better standard for all road users (Target 3), and more than 75% of travel is on the equivalent of 3-star or better roads for all road users by 2030 (Target 4).

Content and dates:

The two-part online course will run on 3 and 10 October from 8.00 am – 9.00am Eastern Time (GMT-4) / 2.00pm CET.

Each live session will be one hour in length with approximately 1 hour of course work (quizzes) outside of the sessions (3 hours in total).
