Request for proposals from iRAP accredited suppliers

The International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) has been invited to support the National Road Administration (Administração Nacional de Estradas, ANE), Mozambique with the implementation of an iRAP Star Ratings assessment of 2,541km of national roads and related capacity building under the World Bank financed Mozambique – Integrated Feeder Road Development Project.

iRAP now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called ‘Services’): iRAP assessment of N1/N10: Quelimane – Nicoadala – Namacurra (70km) and the N1 North-South corridor from Maputo to Pemba (2,471km) in Mozambique. Details of the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is open to iRAP accredited suppliers currently listed at on the iRAP Accreditation page as holding iRAP accredited inspection systems.

A firm will be selected based on a least cost format and must fulfill the minimum requirements relating to iRAP accredited systems and personnel as described in the TOR.

Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to iRAP no later than 3 June 2022.
