We are seeking a Training and Accreditation Co-ordinator to join our small, dynamic team that has global reach and impact. They will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of iRAP training courses and accreditation.
iRAP training has helped make the iRAP methodology accessible to thousands of people around the world and an accreditation scheme is supporting the creation of a market of suppliers able to competitively bid to provide iRAP-specification services. More than 38,000 participants have joined training, workshops and presentations on iRAP content.
The Training and Accreditation Co-ordinator will bring:
- Experience in online and face-to-face training course development
- Passion for road safety, saving lives, and delivering an effective training and accreditation programme

- A team spirit and can work well with team members, partners and consultants from around the world
The Training and Accreditation Co-ordinator will report to Greg Smith, iRAP Global Programme Director (greg.smith@irap.org) and will work closely with all iRAP team members.
The Training and Accreditation Co-ordinator role is a full-time contract position. The role can be performed remotely (the candidate will require their own ‘home office’ facilities including a reliable internet connection, an up-to-date computer and a safe and appropriate environment to work in), and/or embedded within a partner organisation. Flexibility to meet the time zones of lead partners will be essential.
