 Australasian Road Safety Conference is taking place between 10-12 October 2017 in Perth, Australia.

This year’s theme is ‘Expanding our Horizons’ and will be a great showcase for the work of practitioners, policy makers, researchers and industry leaders.

The conference will have a special focus on engaging all levels of government and community to move Towards Zero and iRAP, AusRAP, AustroadsAAA and ARRB will be involved in key symposiums detailing the success of risk assessments across Australia,

The National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) is holding its sixth conference in Chicago between 30 October – 2 November 2017.

The International Road Federation is hosting its Middle East and North Africa Regional Congress and Exhibition in Dubai between 29-31 October 2017.

The event is titled ‘Mobility Solutions for the 21st Century’ and key speakers will address a wide range of themes including:

  • Managing complexity in road projects

The International Road Federation World Road Meeting will be held in Delhi, India from 14-17 November, 2017 and registration is open.

The event is supported by iRAP and will showcase global action across the whole road industry. With safer road design key to halving road deaths and injuries by 2020 the programme will incorporate key global innovation and action on road safety from products, design, policy and implementation to the success of 3-star or better roads around the world.
