Road Assessment Programmes (RAPs)
iRAP provides comprehensive resources to support the establishment and development of locally-led Road Assessment Programmes worldwide, including governance guides, stakeholder engagement tools, training materials, communication templates, and best practice case studies. This extensive toolkit enables partners to build locally owned programmes, celebrate successes, and share knowledge across our global network to accelerate the elimination of high-risk roads.
Regions
iRAP works with local partners across Europe, Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean to save lives and promote sustainable mobility. Through Star Rating for Schools and Star Rating for Designs, RAP is making school journeys safer and ensuring new road infrastructure is designed to protect all users, including pedestrians and cyclists.
