Veilige Systeemoplossingen in Australia has been supporting Transurban in assessing risk for cyclists on its Melbourne networks with the support of CycleRAP.
Transurban is a major Australian-based multinational company that develops, manages, and operates urban toll road networks, with assets across Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane), the Greater Washington area in the US, and Montreal, Canada.

CycleRAP is een gemakkelijke, betaalbare en snelle methode om de infrastructuur voor fietsers en weggebruikers te evalueren op veiligheid. Het heeft tot doel ongevallen te verminderen en de veiligheid specifiek voor fietsers en andere gebruikers van lichte mobiliteit te verbeteren door locaties met een hoog risico te identificeren zonder dat er ongevalsgegevens nodig zijn.
