The PHOEBE Dashboard and Decision Support Tool (DST) is an integrated platform designed to support road authorities, policymakers, and practitioners in making evidence-based decisions to improve road safety.
Built on the results generated through the implementation of the PHOEBE framework across multiple European use cases, the platform consolidates the data, analyses, and insights produced during real-world pilot deployments. It provides access to key outputs, including road safety risk assessments, mode shift and environment indicators to understand the estimated impacts of safety interventions. Through interactive visualizations and dashboards, users can explore and compare results across different use cases, gaining a deeper understanding of road safety challenges and the effectiveness of potential countermeasures under varying local conditions.
The Decision Support Tool enables users to assess, compare, and prioritise safety interventions based on their expected safety benefits and other relevant decision criteria. By transforming the outputs of the PHOEBE methodology into actionable insights, the platform supports more transparent, proactive, and data-driven road safety management, helping stakeholders identify the most effective actions to reduce fatalities and serious injuries while making the best use of available resources.
