Natalya began her career in practice before moving into the charitable sector in 2017, where she has developed a strong track record in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting processes, and delivering clear, reliable information to support decision making. She brings a practical, solutions focused approach and works collaboratively across teams to support organisational goals.
