Important update to ViDA

📢 Heads-up, ViDA Users! We’ve made a small but important update to standardise the Coding Date and Road Survey Date fields to prevent validation issues and keep your data consistent!

🗓 What’s Changing?

💡 Please write dates as year-month-day, e.g. 2025-10-21, rather than regional styles like 21/10/25 or 10/21/25.
💡 If you include a time, place it after a “T”, e.g. 2025-10-21T14:30:00Z (14:30 UTC).
💡 ViDA’s validation now accepts ISO 8601 date-times, so timestamps such as 2025-10-21T09:27:32Z are also valid.
💡 Using this standard removes day/month ambiguity and reduces upload or validation errors.

Please take a moment to update any local templates or guidance you use to reflect this new ISO 8601 requirement for these two columns.
