Like many life-saving charities working in the public health arena, we use a robust, evidence-based approach to reduce the likelihood of deaths and serious injuries.<\/p>\n<p>iRAP works in partnership with governments, road authorities, mobility clubs, development banks, NGOs and research organisations to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect high-risk roads and develop Star Ratings, Risk Maps and Safer Roads Investment Plans<\/li>\n<li>Provide training, technology and support that will build and sustain national, regional and local capability<\/li>\n<li>Track road safety performance so that funding agencies can assess the benefits of their investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our partners have used the iRAP tools to assess roads in more than 100 countries throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, North, Central and South America and Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Through our Partnerships for 2030 Impact strategy, we aim to help save 2,000,000+ people from death or injury, help make 200,000+km of roads safer and influence USD$200 billion of road infrastructure investment.\u00a0 The strategy places partnerships at the heart of the program and recognises the many successes in eliminating high risk roads that have been achieved though collaboration between road authorities, development banks, donors, institutes, NGOs and the private sector.<\/p>\n<p>To help us meet these objectives, iRAP is seeking to identify passionate and experienced individuals with range of skills who can help support our team and our partners.<\/p>\n<p>The iRAP Consultants&#8217; Panel is a database of professionals and does not guarantee a future contract, but allows the iRAP team to efficiently call upon a consultant when their services are required.<\/p>\n<p>If you are keen to help us work towards a world free of high-risk roads, we invite you to complete this form (link below), so your information will be added to the iRAP Consultants&#8217; Panel.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=&#8221;https:\/\/irap.org\/join-irap-consultants-panel\/&#8221; button_text=&#8221;Submit your details to join the iRAP Consultant&#8217;s panel here&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.19.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_button][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Help us and our partners make roads safe! iRAP is seeking to identify passionate and experienced consultants to join the iRAP Consultants&#8217; Panel.
