C\u00f4ng vi\u1ec7c n\u00e0y \u0111\u00e3 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 24 d\u1ef1 \u00e1n do Ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng Th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi t\u00e0i tr\u1ee3 v\u1edbi c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 h\u01a1n 8 t\u1ef7 USD.
