Atupele Mwakibete, the Deputy Minister (Transport), Ministry of Works and Transport. Under the guidance of the <a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=a4e2e2065b1b4e6646f7920b4&amp;id=3760bf8329&amp;e=fc81edf8c9\">United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA)<\/a> the project is being implemented by a consortium led by the <a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=a4e2e2065b1b4e6646f7920b4&amp;id=26c7585c16&amp;e=fc81edf8c9\">International Road Federation (IRF)<\/a>, and includes the <a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=a4e2e2065b1b4e6646f7920b4&amp;id=3f71d68937&amp;e=fc81edf8c9\">International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP)<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=a4e2e2065b1b4e6646f7920b4&amp;id=57baf30672&amp;e=fc81edf8c9\">World Road Association (PIARC)<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=a4e2e2065b1b4e6646f7920b4&amp;id=095517b426&amp;e=fc81edf8c9\">Tanzania Roads Association (TARA)<\/a>.
