Proposta \u00e9 minimizar o erro humano com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas de escapees, instala\u00e7\u00e3o de dispositivos de conten\u00e7\u00e3o e sonorizadores, entre outras interven\u00e7\u00f5es. No caso de o motorista falhar, ele pode contar com os recursos que a estrada oferece para evitar o acidente ou, pelo menos, minimizar suas conqu\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e1tica come\u00e7ou h\u00e1 cerca de 40 anos e j\u00e1 \u00e9 comum em pa\u00edses mais avan\u00e7ados, mas no Brasil o Conceito chegou s\u00f3 em 2018 - eo cen\u00e1rio aqui est\u00e1 longe do perfect, de acordo com an\u00e1lise da Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito (CNT). Estudo realizado pela entidade mostra que, em 2020, os custos dos acidentes nas rodovias federais do pa\u00eds correderam a R$ 10,2 bilh\u00f5es, enquanto os investimentos para evit\u00e1-los foram de apenas R$ 6,7 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Em dez anos, todas as rodovias concedidas do PR ser\u00e3o 3 estrelas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esse quadro promete mudar. No Paran\u00e1, a\u00e7\u00f5es efetivas dentro do Conceito de \u00abrodovias que perdoam\u00bb j\u00e1 est\u00e3o nos novos contratos de concess\u00e3o, que passar\u00e3o a valer a partir de 2022. \u00abAo final do primeiro ano de concess\u00e3o, todas as estradas ter\u00e3o que ser classificados pelo men \u00ab2 Estrelas &#039;e, em dez anos, ter\u00e3o que passar para\u00ab 3 estrelas \u00bb\u00bb, \u0414\u0438\u0437 \u041c\u0430\u0440\u0447\u0435\u043b\u043b\u043e \u041a\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0430, \u043d\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u0441\u0435\u043a\u0440\u0435\u0442\u0430\u0440\u044c \u043f\u043e \u043d\u0430\u0437\u0435\u043c\u043d\u043e\u043c\u0443 \u0442\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0443 \u0432 Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura.<\/p>\n<p>A partir da\u00ed, segundo ele, ser\u00e3o feitos planos para aumentar para 4 e 5 estrelas. \u041a\u043b\u0430\u0441\u0441\u0438\u0444\u0438\u0446\u0438\u0440\u0443\u044f \u043e\u0434\u043d\u0443 \u0438\u0437 \u043f\u044f\u0442\u0438 \u0441\u0442\u0430\u0434\u0438\u0439, \u0432 \u0441\u043e\u043e\u0442\u0432\u0435\u0442\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0438\u0438 \u0441 \u043a\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0434\u0438\u0442\u0441\u044f \u0440\u0430\u0437\u0434\u0435\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043d\u0430 \u043e\u0442\u0434\u0435\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0435 \u0443\u0447\u0430\u0441\u0442\u043a\u0438, \u043e\u0441\u043d\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0435 \u043d\u0430 \u043e\u0440\u0433\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0437\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0439 \u0441\u0442\u0440\u0443\u043a\u0442\u0443\u0440\u0435 \u043d\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0445 \u043e\u0431\u044a\u0435\u0434\u0438\u043d\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0439 (ONU). \u00abTrouxemos o Conceito para o Brasil e assumimos como uma pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica\u00bb, diz o secret\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abA falha humana vai acontecer e as rodovias t\u00eam que perdoar esse erro, sendo dotadas de dispositivos de sonoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e infraestrutura que reduzam as \u0448\u0430\u043d\u0441\u0430\u043c\u0438 ea gravidade dos acidentes\u00bb, pontua.<\/p>\n<p>\u0427\u0442\u043e\u0431\u044b \u043f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0439\u0442\u0438 \u043a \u043c\u0435\u0442\u043e\u0434\u0438\u043a\u0435 iRAP (International Road Assessment Programme), desenvolvida na Inglaterra \u0434\u043b\u044f \u0438\u043d\u0441\u043f\u0435\u043a\u0446\u0438\u0438 \u043f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0445\u043e\u0434\u043d\u044b\u0445 \u043e\u0442\u0432\u0435\u0440\u0441\u0442\u0438\u0439 alto risco \u0438 reduzir acidentes. \u041d\u0435\u0442 caso das rodovias do Paran\u00e1, \u043f\u043e\u0441\u043a\u043e\u043b\u044c\u043a\u0443 primeiras needsidades j\u00e1 foram levantadas e estar\u00e3o apontadas nos contratos. Mas, al\u00e9m disso, as concession\u00e1rias assumir\u00e3o ocommonisso de, no primeiro ano de concess\u00e3o, fazer um diagn\u00f3stico mais detalhado apontando outras requireas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSer\u00e1 um avan\u00e7o\u00bb, \u0414\u0438\u0437 \u0416\u043e\u0430\u043e \u0410\u0440\u0442\u0443\u0440 \u041c\u043e\u0440, \u0447\u043b\u0435\u043d \u0410\u0441\u0441\u0443\u043d\u0442\u043e\u0441 \u042d\u0441\u0442\u0440\u0430\u0442\u0435\u0433\u0438\u043a\u043e\u0441 \u0434\u0430 \u0424\u0435\u0434\u0435\u0440\u0430\u0441\u0430\u0443 \u0434\u0430\u0441 \u0418\u043d\u0434\u0443\u0441\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0430\u0441 \u0434\u0443 \u041f\u0430\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0430 (\u0424\u0438\u0435\u043f). \u00ab\u041a\u0430\u043a concession\u00e1rias ser\u00e3o obrigadas a investir em seguran\u00e7a dentro desse Conceito de &#039;rodovias que perdoam&#039;. Antes n\u00e3o havia essa exig\u00eancia \u00bb, Observa.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m das rodovias concedidas, Uni\u00e3o investir\u00e1 nas estradas federais n\u00e3o pedagiadas ea expectativa que os estados tamb\u00e9m fa\u00e7am o mesmo. Segundo ele, esta solu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista, mas nem semper ela ser\u00e1 Poss\u00edvel e, nesse caso, as \u00e1reas de escape e as conten\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o importantes.<\/p>\n<p>Bastos diz que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es das estradas do estado e do pa\u00eds s\u00e3o muito diversas. \u00abH\u00e1 trechos muito seguros e outros, n\u00e3o\u00bb, observa. Bastos reconhece que \u00abmuitos avan\u00e7os aconteceram nos \u00faltimos anos, mas h\u00e1 muito ainda a ser feito\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>O n\u00famero de acidentes nas rodovias federais do Paran\u00e1, em 2020, de acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal, foi de 7,1 mil, com 7,4 mil feridos e 526 mortos. S\u00e3o bem menores do que dez anos atr\u00e1s. Em 2011, \u0434\u043b\u044f 22,2 \u043c\u043b\u043d. \u041a\u0438\u0441\u043b\u043e\u0442, \u0438\u0437 12,4 \u043c\u043b\u043d. \u0424\u0443\u043d\u0442\u043e\u0432 \u0438 740 \u043c\u043b\u043d. \u0414\u043e\u043b\u043b\u0430\u0440\u043e\u0432.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concession\u00e1rias j\u00e1 fizeram algumas interven\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os contratos atuais de concess\u00e3o do Anel de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o do Paran\u00e1, que compreende 2.500 quil\u00f4metros, s\u00e3o de 1997 e vencem em novembro desse ano. Quando foram assinados ainda n\u00e3o se falava em \u00abrodovias que perdoam\u00bb, mas investimentos foram feitos ao longo do per\u00edodo de concess\u00e3o visando a seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abV\u00e1rias a\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o estavam previstas no contrato foram feitas, como o monitoramento por c\u00e2mera, por exemplo\u00bb, - \u0414\u0438\u0437 \u0422\u0430\u0438\u0441 \u041a\u044d\u0440\u043e\u043b\u0430\u0439\u043d \u0411\u043e\u0440\u0433\u0435\u0441, \u0434\u0438\u0440\u0435\u043a\u0442\u043e\u0440 CCR RodoNorte. \u00abO Contrato nos d\u00e1 um norte, mas n\u00e3o podemos continuous operando como quando come\u00e7amos\u00bb, pontua. Ela informa que nos trechos de responsabilidade da Rodonorte (Curitiba a Apucarana e Ponta Grossa a Jaguaria\u00edva), o \u00edndice de acidentes foi reduzido em 73% eo de \u00f3bitos em 82% desde o come\u00e7o da concess\u00e3o at\u00e9 final de<\/p>\n<p>A Ecovia informa que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes nos trechos em que opera foi de 55,8% desde o come\u00e7o da concess\u00e3o. Entre 1998 e 2020, foram investidos mais de R$ 940 milh\u00f5es (valores de 2020) em melhoria e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, \u0432\u043a\u043b\u044e\u0447\u0430\u044f dispositivos de seguran\u00e7a e sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u0433\u043e\u0440\u0438\u0437\u043e\u043d\u0442\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u0438 \u0432\u0435\u0440\u0442\u0438\u043a\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0439. Tamb\u00e9m foi implantada \u00e1rea de escape para caminh\u00f5es no km 37 da BR-277, que liga Curitiba ao litoral.<\/p>\n<p>A Arteris, que administra tr\u00eas concess\u00f5es de rodovias federais com segmentos em opera\u00e7\u00e3o no Paran\u00e1 (R\u00e9gis Bittencourt, Planalto Sul e Litoral Sul), \u0438\u043d\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0430\u0446\u0438\u044f \u043e \u043d\u0430\u0447\u0430\u043b\u0435 2010 \u0438 2020, houve redu\u00e7\u00e3o de mortes de 42,3% (Litoral Sul), 56% (Litoral Sul), 56% (Litoral Sul), 56% (R\u00e9gis Bittencourt, Planalto Sul e Litoral Sul) ) e 66% (Planalto Sul).<\/p>\n<p>Foram implantados equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e seguran\u00e7a (barreiras de concreto e defensas), atenuadores de impacto e duas \u00e1reas de escapees, ambas na BR-376, que liga Curitiba ao litoral catarinense.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Photo caption: rea de escape da BR-277, sentido Curitiba-Litoral.
