with the (then) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trafikverket.se\/en\/startpage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Swedish National Road Administration<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.government.nl\/topics\/mobility-public-transport-and-road-safety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dutch Ministry of Transport<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tii.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Roads Authority Republic of Ireland<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trl.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Transport Research Laboratory (TRL)<\/a> and with contributions from the <a href=\"https:\/\/m.highwaysengland.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">English Highways Agency<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bast.de\/BASt_2017\/EN\/Home\/home_node.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Germany federal research agency, BASt,<\/a> leading <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fia.com\/members\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European motoring organisations<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/eurorap.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EuroRAP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The EuroRAP model was used over the period 2004-10 to assess roads, initially in Sweden and Germany, then in 10 countries by 2011 to produce The European Road Safety Atlas.<\/p>\n<p>Following demand by users worldwide for more detailed assessments and economic modelling covering all road users, the EuroRAP model evolved into today\u2019s iRAP tools.<\/p>\n<p><a
