We are delighted to announce that The Floow Ltd. <\/strong><\/a>has received AiRAP Attribute Accreditation<\/strong> for its telematics data to produce road attribute data in accordance with iRAP specifications.<\/p>\n

The new source data can be used to produce 4 road attributes for roads in countries where data is available. The Floow performed a series of validation exercises using data from journeys that took place in the West Midlands, UK, as part of the EU-funded PHOEBE<\/a> project. PHOEBE is an iRAP-led endeavour to use traffic simulation and AI to create a human-centred framework that helps cities to predict and improve road safety, especially for vulnerable road users.<\/p>\n

AiRAP<\/a> accreditation is iRAP\u2019s newest category of accreditation. It is specifically to certify the use of data derived from big data and\/or machine-learning methods meets iRAP specifications.<\/p>\n

The AiRAP accreditation process is open to any data providers and is managed as part of iRAP\u2019s broader accreditation program.<\/p>\n
