Visa enfrentar desafios urgentes em seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria e gest\u00e3o de infraestruturas, integrando insights de dados em tempo real com solu\u00e7\u00f5es rent\u00e1veis, interven\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras e tecnologias digitais.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto demonstrar\u00e1 suas abordagens por meio de locais piloto em cinco pa\u00edses europeus: Portugal, Gr\u00e9cia, Holanda, Cro\u00e1cia e Espanha.<\/p>\n<p>A densa rede de estradas urbanas e secund\u00e1rias da Europa, que desempenha um papel fundamental na conex\u00e3o entre comunidades, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por uma propor\u00e7\u00e3o significativa das mortes no tr\u00e2nsito. Essas estradas frequentemente enfrentam desafios como padr\u00f5es de projeto inconsistentes, monitoramento limitado e necessidades diversas dos usu\u00e1rios, incluindo grupos vulner\u00e1veis: ciclistas, pedestres e ve\u00edculos motorizados de duas rodas.<\/p>\n<p>O CAMBER busca resolver esses problemas fornecendo aos gestores de estradas ferramentas e m\u00e9todos para avaliar e melhorar a seguran\u00e7a no tr\u00e2nsito de forma eficiente e eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto utilizar\u00e1 dados de telem\u00e1tica, sensores de ve\u00edculos, smartphones e feedback dos usu\u00e1rios das vias para desenvolver avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a em tempo real. Essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es ajudar\u00e3o os gestores rodovi\u00e1rios a identificar riscos e priorizar tarefas de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o para criar ambientes rodovi\u00e1rios mais seguros. O projeto criar\u00e1 g\u00eameos digitais de redes rodovi\u00e1rias para simular condi\u00e7\u00f5es e prever necessidades de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. Esses modelos fornecer\u00e3o aos gestores rodovi\u00e1rios insights pr\u00e1ticos, melhorando a efici\u00eancia do planejamento de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os parceiros do projeto CAMBER se reuniram em Zagreb de 3 a 4 de junho para uma reuni\u00e3o de cons\u00f3rcio bem-sucedida e produtiva de dois dias.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro dia concentrou-se nas atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas e metodol\u00f3gicas do Pacote de Trabalho 2, incluindo os progressos alcan\u00e7ados, os desafios identificados e o planejamento para 2025. As sess\u00f5es do Pacote de Trabalho 3 apresentaram os desenvolvimentos em tecnologias de sensores e o uso de ve\u00edculos de sondagem para coleta de dados. Discuss\u00f5es adicionais destacaram os avan\u00e7os na modelagem de g\u00eameos digitais no \u00e2mbito do Pacote de Trabalho 4, bem como as estrat\u00e9gias de testes piloto e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do Pacote de Trabalho 5. O dia foi encerrado com uma sess\u00e3o sobre os planos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do Pacote de Trabalho 6.<\/p>\n<p>O segundo dia contou com uma visita in loco com parceiros do CAMBER no Ponto de Acesso Nacional da Cro\u00e1cia, para aprender sobre sua plataforma para coleta e compartilhamento de dados de tr\u00e2nsito e estradas. O principal palestrante foi Slavi\u0161a Babi\u0107, Chefe do Departamento de Tr\u00e2nsito da Croatian Roads.<\/p>\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o reafirmou o compromisso comum do cons\u00f3rcio com o avan\u00e7o da seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria por meio do uso de dados em tempo real e solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras e econ\u00f4micas. Agradecemos especialmente ao Instituto Europeu de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Rodovi\u00e1ria (EIRA) e \u00e0 Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias dos Transportes e do Tr\u00e1fego (FPZ) da Universidade de Zagreb pela excelente organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e acolhimento, bem como a todos os parceiros pelo seu envolvimento e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o ativos.<\/p>\n<p>Os parceiros se encontraram anteriormente em janeiro para o lan\u00e7amento do projeto no Laborat\u00f3rio Nacional de Engenharia Civil (LNEC), em Lisboa. Visitaram a cidade de Cascais, um dos locais-piloto do projeto, onde conheceram as iniciativas locais de mobilidade e os desafios e abordagens singulares de Cascais aplicados \u00e0s suas redes rodovi\u00e1rias e estrat\u00e9gias de mobilidade.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 medida que o CAMBER avan\u00e7a, ele promete contribuir com insights e solu\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas para ajudar a reduzir as fatalidades no tr\u00e2nsito e aumentar a seguran\u00e7a das estradas urbanas e secund\u00e1rias em toda a Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Liderados pela ERTICO, as atividades de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o e explora\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto garantir\u00e3o que as conclus\u00f5es do CAMBER cheguem a um p\u00fablico amplo, incluindo formuladores de pol\u00edticas, gestores rodovi\u00e1rios e l\u00edderes da ind\u00fastria.
