{"id":79768,"date":"2025-05-19T15:07:35","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T14:07:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irap.org\/?p=79768"},"modified":"2025-12-08T03:25:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T03:25:40","slug":"mapping-climate-and-road-safety-risk-in-bhubaneshwar-and-surat-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/2025\/05\/mapping-climate-and-road-safety-risk-in-bhubaneshwar-and-surat-india\/","title":{"rendered":"Mapeamento de riscos clim\u00e1ticos e de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria em Bhubaneshwar e Surat, \u00cdndia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suratmunicipal.gov.in\/\">Surat<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmc.gov.in\/\">Corpora\u00e7\u00f5es Municipais de Bhubaneshwar<\/a> na \u00cdndia, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.giz.de\/en\/html\/index.html\">GIZ<\/a> e a IndiaRAP est\u00e3o realizando um projeto inovador para integrar o mapeamento de riscos clim\u00e1ticos com 600 km de avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria iRAP para permitir a prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestrutura que seja resiliente ao clima e mais segura para todos os usu\u00e1rios das estradas.<\/p>\n<p>Com suporte t\u00e9cnico de <a href=\"https:\/\/innpactsolutions.com\/\">Solu\u00e7\u00f5es Innpact<\/a>, uma startup de tecnologia geoespacial, o projeto utiliza GeoAI, dados de sat\u00e9lite e protocolos iRAP para sobrepor vulnerabilidades clim\u00e1ticas \u2013 como inunda\u00e7\u00f5es urbanas, estresse por calor e polui\u00e7\u00e3o do ar \u2013 em redes rodovi\u00e1rias de alto risco. O objetivo principal \u00e9 tornar Surat e Bhubaneswar modelos replic\u00e1veis para a gest\u00e3o integrada de riscos urbanos.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto reconhece que os riscos clim\u00e1ticos e de infraestrutura est\u00e3o profundamente interligados. As superf\u00edcies das estradas s\u00e3o degradadas pelo calor e pelas inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, e a polui\u00e7\u00e3o do ar \u00e9 agravada pelas emiss\u00f5es do transporte. Por outro lado, infraestruturas inseguras ou deterioradas aumentam ainda mais a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a riscos relacionados ao clima.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto visa produzir uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente dos riscos clim\u00e1ticos e de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria, mapeando as sobreposi\u00e7\u00f5es espaciais entre risco clim\u00e1tico, risco de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria (por meio da metodologia iRAP) e exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 infraestrutura, com foco especial na malha vi\u00e1ria das cidades e nas principais infraestruturas p\u00fablicas.
