{"id":69840,"date":"2024-02-13T01:00:30","date_gmt":"2024-02-13T01:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irap.org\/?p=69840"},"modified":"2024-03-11T04:28:45","modified_gmt":"2024-03-11T04:28:45","slug":"road-design-standards-under-spotlight-in-carec-countries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/2024\/02\/road-design-standards-under-spotlight-in-carec-countries\/","title":{"rendered":"Padr\u00f5es de projeto de estradas em destaque nos pa\u00edses do CAREC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Padr\u00f5es aprimorados de projeto de estradas para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carecprogram.org\/\">Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Econ\u00f3mica Regional da \u00c1sia Central (CAREC)<\/a> pa\u00edses, e em particular os pa\u00edses piloto do Quirguizist\u00e3o, Tajiquist\u00e3o e Uzbequist\u00e3o, \u00e9 um objectivo urgente de um novo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unescap.org\/\">Comiss\u00e3o Econ\u00f3mica e Social das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a \u00c1sia e o Pac\u00edfico (ESCAP)<\/a> projeto liderado pelo iRAP, apoiado pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/easst.net\/\">Alian\u00e7a Oriental para Transporte Seguro e Sustent\u00e1vel (EASST)<\/a> e a <a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.ch\/\">Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Estradas (IRF)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Estima-se que os acidentes rodovi\u00e1rios custam aos 11 pa\u00edses do CAREC mais de $30 mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares por ano, ceifando milhares de vidas e feridos anualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Os padr\u00f5es de projeto rodovi\u00e1rio est\u00e3o no centro da constru\u00e7\u00e3o e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o de estradas com seguran\u00e7a e da garantia da gest\u00e3o adequada das velocidades.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto, que est\u00e1 sendo financiado pela <a href=\"https:\/\/roadsafetyfund.un.org\/\">Fundo de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas (UNRSF)<\/a>, adotar\u00e1 uma abordagem colaborativa, concentrando-se nos tr\u00eas pa\u00edses piloto que utilizam os padr\u00f5es de conce\u00e7\u00e3o GOST-SNiP, para garantir que sejam consistentes com os padr\u00f5es de melhores pr\u00e1ticas utilizados noutras regi\u00f5es e a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de corredores rodovi\u00e1rios seguros atrav\u00e9s das fronteiras.<\/p>\n<p>O Diretor de Projetos Globais da iRAP, Sr. Julio Urzua, disse: \u201cAs estradas devem ser projetadas de forma segura desde o in\u00edcio, levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as necessidades de todos os usu\u00e1rios da estrada, especialmente os mais vulner\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste projeto \u00e9 de vital import\u00e2ncia para garantir que os investimentos significativos que est\u00e3o sendo feitos na regi\u00e3o sejam seguros. Complementar\u00e1 a execu\u00e7\u00e3o segura de projetos de infraestruturas pelo Banco Asi\u00e1tico de Desenvolvimento (BAD), pelo Banco Europeu de Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento (BERD) e pelo Banco Europeu de Investimento (BEI); todos investindo para apoiar viagens mais seguras na regi\u00e3o\u201d, disse ele.<\/p>\n<p>A UNESCAP ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelo projecto de 18 meses liderado pelo iRAP, com a EASST a desempenhar um papel t\u00e9cnico l\u00edder e a IRF a desempenhar um papel t\u00e9cnico de apoio e de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, como Parceiros de Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.
