Essas melhorias s\u00e3o vitais para conectar as capitais dos aimags ocidentais da Mong\u00f3lia aos seus principais corredores leste-oeste, que ligam o pa\u00eds \u00e0 Rep\u00fablica Popular da China e \u00e0 Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Russa.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte do projeto, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kocks-ing.de\/en\/\">Kocks Consult GmbH<\/a> A iRAP foi incumbida de avaliar a seguran\u00e7a do projeto de melhoria da estrada proposto para um trecho de 140,8 km da rota Uliastai-Altai, utilizando a metodologia de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o por estrelas da iRAP.<\/p>\n<p>A an\u00e1lise baseia-se numa avalia\u00e7\u00e3o inicial da estrada existente, realizada em 2023, permitindo uma an\u00e1lise de seguran\u00e7a antes e depois da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da medida.<\/p>\n<p>A incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o das recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o iRAP ao projeto demonstrou melhorias impressionantes na seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seguran\u00e7a refor\u00e7ada <\/strong>Para ocupantes de ve\u00edculos e motociclistas, atrav\u00e9s da pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e alargamento de estradas, implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de barreiras laterais, melhor sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o com placas de aviso pr\u00e9vio e marcadores instalados em curvas significativas, condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais seguras nas margens das estradas e gest\u00e3o eficaz da velocidade em locais cr\u00edticos.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 51,7% nas les\u00f5es fatais e graves previstas (FSIs)<\/strong> \u2013 prevenindo cerca de 118 incidentes de seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandio ao longo de 20 anos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a por estrelas aumentou drasticamente. <\/strong>Embora a estrada existente seja predominantemente classificada com 1 a 2 estrelas (risco muito alto), o trecho de 100% do projeto de melhoria atinge uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a de 4 estrelas ou superior para ocupantes de ve\u00edculos (incluindo o trecho de 83% com a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de 5 estrelas). Para motociclistas, o trecho de 96% do projeto atinge uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a de 4 estrelas, o trecho de 2.1% atinge uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a de 5 estrelas e o trecho de 2.1% atinge uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a de 3 estrelas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Excede o m\u00ednimo de 3 estrelas. <\/strong>classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a exigida tanto pelo ADB quanto pela Meta 3 de Desempenho Global em Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Resultados da classifica\u00e7\u00e3o por estrelas: Projeto versus estrada existente (linha de base).
