{"id":6270,"date":"2026-03-02T23:22:05","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T12:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/safety-by-design-how-senegals-a1-motorway-cut-deaths-by-24-in-three-years\/"},"modified":"2026-05-11T10:57:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T00:57:14","slug":"safety-by-design-how-senegals-a1-motorway-cut-deaths-by-24-in-three-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/safety-by-design-how-senegals-a1-motorway-cut-deaths-by-24-in-three-years\/","title":{"rendered":"Seguran\u00e7a desde a concep\u00e7\u00e3o: como a rodovia A1 do Senegal reduziu as mortes em 241% em tr\u00eas anos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 24% no n\u00famero de mortes e feridos em apenas tr\u00eas anos.<\/p>\n<p>Esse \u00e9 o resultado alcan\u00e7ado entre 2022 e 2025 na Autoroute de l\u2019Avenir (A1) em Dacar, uma das rodovias mais movimentadas do Senegal, conectando a capital ao aeroporto e \u00e0s principais regi\u00f5es econ\u00f4micas do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Isso n\u00e3o aconteceu por acaso.<\/p>\n<p>Gra\u00e7as a um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o direcionado e melhorias na infraestrutura realizadas por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiffage.com\/\">Eiffage<\/a> da Concession de l\u2019Autoroute de l\u2019Avenir (SECAA), um parceiro privado do governo senegal\u00eas, milhares de pessoas est\u00e3o agora retornando para suas casas em seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a do iRAP ajudaram a guiar essas melhorias, com medidas pr\u00e1ticas implementadas como:<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Divis\u00f3rias centrais de alto conten\u00e7\u00e3o e barreiras de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Acostamentos com sulcos sonoros.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, em particular em \u00e1reas urbanas e em cruzamentos a leste da rodovia.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Telas anti-reflexo.<\/p>\n<p>O impacto vai al\u00e9m das vidas salvas. Menos acidentes graves significaram menos opera\u00e7\u00f5es de reboque, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos operacionais e menor congestionamento de tr\u00e1fego. A seguran\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m gera benef\u00edcios operacionais e financeiros.<\/p>\n<p>Este \u00e9 um excelente exemplo do que significa investir em seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria na pr\u00e1tica.
