{"id":6041,"date":"2025-11-30T23:34:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-30T12:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure-in-senegal-one-year-progress-report\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:08:28","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:08:28","slug":"ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure-in-senegal-one-year-progress-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure-in-senegal-one-year-progress-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Plano de Dez Passos para Infraestrutura Rodovi\u00e1ria Mais Segura no Senegal: Relat\u00f3rio de Progresso de Um Ano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Em 2025, progressos significativos foram feitos na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Dez Passos para Infraestruturas Rodovi\u00e1rias Mais Seguras no Senegal, com r\u00e1pida escalada de capacidades, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de stakeholders e o lan\u00e7amento do SnRAP.<\/p>\n<p>Na reuni\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Gestor de novembro de 2025, a equipe \u2014 composta por Franco Azzato (Coordenador de Treinamento e Credenciamento iRAP), Charles Lowan Bonou (treinador credenciado iRAP), Sabri Hamza (iRAP), Nathalie Chiavassa (Safer Journeys Africa-iRAP) e Seynabou Diallo (Engenheira, IRF) \u2014 apresentou os resultados de 2025 e as perspectivas para 2026 aos partes interessadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principais Conquistas em 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e Treinamento: Um ambicioso programa de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento foi implementado, com 154 participantes inscritos na plataforma Plano de Dez Passos, que oferece cursos online da PIARC, IRF e iRAP.<\/li>\n<li>Sess\u00f5es de Treinamento Presencial: Tr\u00eas sess\u00f5es presenciais foram organizadas para mais de 50 participantes, cobrindo o treinamento em engenharia de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria da PIARC, o treinamento em auditoria de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria da IRF e o treinamento em classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de estrelas e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de projeto da iRAP.<\/li>\n<li>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Auditores de Seguran\u00e7a Vi\u00e1ria: Pela primeira vez no Senegal, auditores de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria foram certificados. Dos 21 inscritos para o treinamento de auditores da IRF, 12 foram aprovados no exame. Espera-se que este marco permita ao Senegal realizar auditorias de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria para todos os projetos de infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria, aproveitando a expertise local.<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecimento da ANASER e Lan\u00e7amento do SnRAP: A capacidade t\u00e9cnica da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria (ANASER) foi fortalecida atrav\u00e9s da cria\u00e7\u00e3o oficial do Programa Senegal\u00eas de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Rodovi\u00e1ria (SnRAP) em maio de 2025 e da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um ve\u00edculo para pesquisas e avalia\u00e7\u00f5es rodovi\u00e1rias \u2013 mais um passo rumo \u00e0 conquista de estradas classificadas com tr\u00eas estrelas ou mais no Senegal.<\/li>\n<li>Oficinas Nacionais: Duas grandes oficinas nacionais foram realizadas: o lan\u00e7amento nacional em janeiro de 2025 e a oficina da PIARC (TC 3.1) em setembro de 2025. Esses eventos reuniram toda a comunidade nacional de estradas, transportes e seguran\u00e7a, juntamente com especialistas internacionais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Olhando para 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revisando a nova estrat\u00e9gia nacional de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria do Senegal.<\/li>\n<li>Preparando recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para treinamento e certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de auditores de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria.<\/li>\n<li>Administrar acredita\u00e7\u00f5es iRAP.<\/li>\n<li>Realizando avalia\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Em paralelo, a ANASER est\u00e1 a realizar atividades de fortalecimento institucional e t\u00e9cnico, como o desenvolvimento de um Guia de Auditoria de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria com o apoio do Banco Mundial.<\/p>\n<p>A ONG LASER International, parceira da Ten-Step, segue em seus esfor\u00e7os para melhorar a seguran\u00e7a no entorno das escolas e defender a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do limite de velocidade de 30 km\/h perto das escolas sob a iniciativa \u2018Caminho Seguro para Escolas\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos da Juventude 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Senegal sediar\u00e1 os Jogos Ol\u00edmpicos da Juventude (JOJ) em 2026.
