{"id":5720,"date":"2025-07-02T23:00:05","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T13:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:03:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:03:41","slug":"new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/new-expert-group-to-inform-the-safety-management-of-high-speed-high-quality-roads\/","title":{"rendered":"Novo Grupo de Especialistas para Informar a Gest\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a de Rodovias de Alta Velocidade e Alta Qualidade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foi criado um novo Grupo Internacional de Especialistas em Rodovias de Alta Velocidade e Alta Qualidade com o objetivo de abordar as necessidades em constante evolu\u00e7\u00e3o e as pesquisas relacionadas \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a da infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria moderna de alta velocidade, bem como garantir a efic\u00e1cia cont\u00ednua da metodologia iRAP para avaliar e orientar sua gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Com a r\u00e1pida expans\u00e3o global de autoestradas e rodovias de alto padr\u00e3o, h\u00e1 uma necessidade crescente de adaptar e refinar as ferramentas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria para refletir as caracter\u00edsticas e os riscos \u00fanicos associados \u00e0 viagem em alta velocidade.<\/p>\n<p>O Grupo de Estradas de Alta Velocidade e Alta Qualidade (HS-HQ) une autoridades rodovi\u00e1rias nacionais, institui\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas e parceiros globais em um f\u00f3rum colaborativo, focado em workshops, dedicado a esta miss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Uma s\u00e9rie de sess\u00f5es com especialistas, que ocorrer\u00e1 de abril a setembro, explorar\u00e1 temas-chave relevantes para a seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria nas rodovias HS-HQ, come\u00e7ando pela metodologia iRAP. Os t\u00f3picos incluem velocidade e risco de acidentes, projeto de infraestrutura com sistemas de transporte inteligentes (ITS) e insights sobre ve\u00edculos conectados, al\u00e9m de estrat\u00e9gias de preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes \u2014 tanto as j\u00e1 estabelecidas quanto as emergentes. As sess\u00f5es posteriores abordar\u00e3o a seguran\u00e7a de ve\u00edculos pesados e de usu\u00e1rios vulner\u00e1veis nas vias. A iniciativa ser\u00e1 encerrada com uma s\u00edntese das conclus\u00f5es e dos pr\u00f3ximos passos a serem tomados.<\/p>\n<p>O grupo ir\u00e1:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analisar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da metodologia iRAP em estradas HS-HQ;<\/li>\n<li>Identificar \u00e1reas priorit\u00e1rias que exigem pesquisa e coleta de evid\u00eancias;<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para o Comit\u00ea T\u00e9cnico Global (GTC) da iRAP, a fim de orientar as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es metodol\u00f3gicas; e<\/li>\n<li>Garanta que a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a, o planejamento de interven\u00e7\u00f5es e o acompanhamento de desempenho reflitam as realidades operacionais e os padr\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicos dessas rodovias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/HSHQ-meeting-outline.png\" alt=\"HSHQ meeting outline\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste grupo representa um passo proativo no esfor\u00e7o global em prol da seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria\u201d, afirmou James Bradford, diretor t\u00e9cnico global da iRAP. \u201cAo nos concentrarmos nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es e oportunidades espec\u00edficas de rodovias de alta velocidade e alta qualidade, nosso objetivo \u00e9 apoiar a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua da metodologia e das ferramentas da iRAP, com base nas pesquisas mais recentes, na experi\u00eancia do setor e nas melhores pr\u00e1ticas.\u00a0Esses esfor\u00e7os fortalecer\u00e3o a estrutura global de seguran\u00e7a para redes rodovi\u00e1rias de alta velocidade, contribuindo, em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia, para a meta de reduzir o n\u00famero de mortes e ferimentos graves nas vias onde as velocidades de tr\u00e1fego \u2014 e, portanto, os riscos \u2014 s\u00e3o mais elevados.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Com a metodologia iRAP aplicada por parceiros em mais de 130 pa\u00edses e fundamental para avaliar o cumprimento das Metas 3 e 4 da ONU relativas \u00e0 infraestrutura vi\u00e1ria segura, o Grupo HS-HQ Roads representa um investimento oportuno e estrat\u00e9gico em sua inova\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cr\u00e9dito da imagem: Pixabay Christo Anestev<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new international High-Speed, High-Quality Roads Expert Group has been formed to address the evolving needs and research pertaining to the safety of modern, high-speed road infrastructure and ensure the continued effectiveness of the iRAP methodology for assessing and informing their management.
