Sua morte deixou um profundo vazio nos cora\u00e7\u00f5es de seus entes queridos, mas, ap\u00f3s seu falecimento, sua fam\u00edlia e amigos se uniram para transformar seu luto em a\u00e7\u00e3o, arrecadando mais de AUD 1.950.000 para iniciativas de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria no pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os fundos foram doados para o<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/2022\/09\/tanrap-launched-to-eliminate-high-risk-roads-in-tanzania\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Estradas da Tanz\u00e2nia (TanRAP)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, uma iniciativa destinada a abordar as estradas de alto risco para evitar novas trag\u00e9dias como a de Jill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizando auditores qualificados e treinados em<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/2023\/12\/ten-step-tanzania-project-receives-prince-michael-international-award\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projeto Tanz\u00e2nia Dez Passos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o Minist\u00e9rio das Obras, com o apoio de<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tanroads.go.tz\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Rodovias da Tanz\u00e2nia (TANROADS)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, concluiu uma auditoria de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria no local do acidente e nos 57 km da estrada onde ela perdeu a vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os resultados identificaram locais de alto risco e ir\u00e3o orientar o investimento direcionado em melhorias de infraestrutura, com o apoio dos fundos arrecadados em homenagem a Jill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iniciativa de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos para o TanRAP \u2013<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/101-adventures-for-jill\"> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">101 Aventuras para Jill<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 foi profundamente pessoal, singularmente divertida e tipicamente Jill. Num esfor\u00e7o para celebrar a sua vida, lidar com a perda e mobilizar outros para apoiar a seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria na Tanz\u00e2nia, as suas amigas Tessa Watkins e Anna Martin criaram uma campanha online. A campanha convidava os apoiantes a participar numa s\u00e9rie de aventuras divertidas, pessoais e desafiantes, todas concebidas para orgulhar Jill e representar o seu esp\u00edrito aventureiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As metas inclu\u00edam: $50 arrecadados \u2013 Aprender a andar de skate; $100 arrecadados \u2013 Escalar uma montanha alta; $250 arrecadados \u2013 Ter um dia de \u201cSim\u201d com as crian\u00e7as; $500 arrecadados \u2013 Dominar o passo de dan\u00e7a \u201cWorm\u201d; e $3.000 arrecadados \u2013 Fazer tatuagens com o tema da Jill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A campanha terminou no que teria sido o 38\u00ba anivers\u00e1rio de Jill, com a renda sendo doada \u00e0 TanRAP, apoiando o desenvolvimento no pa\u00eds que ela amava.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A amiga de Jill, Tessa, disse: \u201cFizemos isso para homenagear Jill e a alegria e inspira\u00e7\u00e3o que ela trouxe para a vida de todos.
