O projeto aproveita os pontos fortes das ferramentas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria do iRAP e da simula\u00e7\u00e3o e intelig\u00eancia artificial do AIMSUN para oferecer ferramentas de previs\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a harmonizadas, integradas e de ponta, que levam em conta g\u00eanero, idade e n\u00edveis de capacidade ao planejar a mobilidade do futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Fique por dentro das \u00faltimas not\u00edcias:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria em ambientes complexos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/EU-Road-Safety-Cluster3.png\" alt=\"EU-Road-Safety-Cluster3\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pedestres, ciclistas e outros usu\u00e1rios vulner\u00e1veis das vias enfrentam desafios complexos de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria em seus deslocamentos di\u00e1rios. O primeiro webinar do <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/eu-road-safety-cluster\/\">Grupo Europeu de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria<\/a> A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em fevereiro e contou com a presen\u00e7a de mais de 90 participantes. Embora todos os seis projetos do cluster tenham o mesmo objetivo de reduzir acidentes e fatalidades, cada projeto apresentou uma faceta diferente da inova\u00e7\u00e3o em seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PHOEBE \u2013 desenvolvendo uma estrutura integrada, din\u00e2mica e centrada no ser humano para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o preditiva de seguran\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li>SOTERIA \u2013 utilizando solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras de dados para identificar quase acidentes e outras a\u00e7\u00f5es em locais inseguros, por meio de dados de ve\u00edculos, telefones celulares e micromobilidade.<\/li>\n<li>AI4CCAM \u2013 utilizando uma abordagem hol\u00edstica \u00e0 IA para avaliar a condu\u00e7\u00e3o automatizada e a sua aceita\u00e7\u00e3o pelo utilizador.<\/li>\n<li>HEIDI \u2013 aprimorando a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre ve\u00edculos e usu\u00e1rios vulner\u00e1veis da via, como ciclistas ou pedestres, transmitindo informa\u00e7\u00f5es para ambos os lados do ve\u00edculo (interior e exterior).<\/li>\n<li>FRODDO \u2013 impulsionando a mobilidade automatizada e conectada atrav\u00e9s do desenvolvimento de sistemas de transporte mais seguros, inteligentes e adapt\u00e1veis, utilizando sensores avan\u00e7ados, IA e simula\u00e7\u00f5es de g\u00eameos digitais.<\/li>\n<li>EVENTOS \u2013 com foco nos desafios que surgem quando Ve\u00edculos Conectados e Automatizados (CAVs) encontram situa\u00e7\u00f5es complexas que podem interromper sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o normal, como mudan\u00e7as din\u00e2micas no tr\u00e1fego, condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas adversas, falhas em sensores ou estradas n\u00e3o estruturadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leia mais e assista \u00e0 grava\u00e7\u00e3o do webinar. <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/summary-safety-cluster-webinar1\/\">aqui.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pesquisas recentes sobre microssimula\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/TRB_upload.png\" alt=\"TRB_upload\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Shanna Lucchesi, da iRAP, aparece ao centro na foto com seus parceiros.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Os modelos de fluxo de tr\u00e1fego usados em plataformas de microsimula\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego geralmente n\u00e3o consideram fatores humanos, especialmente comportamentos n\u00e3o conformes. Embora a necessidade te\u00f3rica da incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de fatores humanos espec\u00edficos na microsimula\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego, principalmente para fins de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a, tenha sido demonstrada em estudos anteriores, n\u00e3o existe uma metodologia sistem\u00e1tica que possa ser testada empiricamente para uma ampla gama de comportamentos. O projeto PHOEBE foi apresentado na Reuni\u00e3o Anual do Transport Research Board (TRB) em Washington DC, EUA, em janeiro, sobre os esfor\u00e7os conjuntos de pesquisa da TU Delft, AIMSUN, iRAP e The FLOOW na incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de fatores humanos na microsimula\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego. A Rede POLIS, a FACTUAL e a iRAP apresentaram os dois projetos-piloto espanh\u00f3is em Barcelona (JULIA) e Val\u00eancia (PHOEBE). O objetivo de ambos os projetos, financiados pela UE, \u00e9 aumentar a seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria para ciclistas e outros usu\u00e1rios vulner\u00e1veis das vias e incentivar a mobilidade ativa para alcan\u00e7ar a meta do Parlamento Europeu de &#039;\u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.polisnetwork.eu\/news\/eu-parliament-aims-to-double-cycling-by-2023\/\">ciclo duplo at\u00e9 2030<\/a>\u2019e atingir as metas estabelecidas no <a href=\"https:\/\/transport.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2023-11\/European_Declaration_on_Cycling_en_0.pdf\">Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia sobre Ciclismo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analisando a efic\u00e1cia dos limites de velocidade de 30 km\/h.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/pexels-loriana-erban-2149705794-30858936.jpg\" alt=\"pexels-loriana-erban-2149705794-30858936\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A Universidade T\u00e9cnica Nacional de Atenas, parceira do projeto PHOEBE, avaliou a literatura recente sobre a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos limites de velocidade em \u00e1reas urbanas para 30 km\/h e as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas relacionadas em diferentes cidades europeias. A pesquisa demonstra que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos limites de velocidade para 30 km\/h aumenta significativamente a seguran\u00e7a, elevando a probabilidade de sobreviv\u00eancia de pedestres para 90% em acidentes a essa velocidade, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com menos de 50% a 50 km\/h. O estudo avalia os amplos impactos da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de limites de velocidade de 30 km\/h em \u00e1reas urbanas, abordando os efeitos em seguran\u00e7a, meio ambiente, energia, tr\u00e1fego e sa\u00fade. As evid\u00eancias destacam uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 40% no n\u00famero de mortes, al\u00e9m da diminui\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es, menor consumo de energia e melhoria da sa\u00fade p\u00fablica por meio do aumento de caminhadas e ciclismo.
