Continuar com os \u201cneg\u00f3cios como de costume\u201d ver\u00e1 mais de 375 milh\u00f5es, a maioria jovens mortos e feridos na pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada, resultando em perdas econ\u00f4micas de mais de US$20 trilh\u00f5es at\u00e9 2030. As oportunidades e desafios de operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o foram avaliados nos pa\u00edses, inclusive por meio da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de potenciais projetos-piloto. Na segunda fase do trabalho, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialfinance.org.uk\/\">Finan\u00e7as Sociais<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.impactstrategist.com\/\">Estrategista de impacto<\/a> foram contratados para trazer uma lente de investimento de impacto para a quest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Uma s\u00e9rie de solu\u00e7\u00f5es foi projetada, incluindo oito arqu\u00e9tipos de projetos de alto impacto, uma estrutura para projetar projetos de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria e cinco estruturas de investimento poss\u00edveis. O crescimento do investimento socialmente respons\u00e1vel e do mercado financeiro sustent\u00e1vel oferece uma nova oportunidade para lidar com o fracasso e traduzir o caso econ\u00f4mico em um caso de neg\u00f3cios para investimento que proporciona tanto um impacto vital quanto um retorno sobre o investimento para o capital privado. Reconhecer os custos e benef\u00edcios da seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria pode informar mecanismos inovadores para criar e alinhar incentivos ao investimento e liberar o potencial vantajoso para as duas partes de estradas de 3 estrelas ou melhores em todo o mundo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O Plano Global para a D\u00e9cada de A\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 2030 pede aos governos e parceiros que desenvolvam e implementem planos de a\u00e7\u00e3o nacionais e locais para reduzir pela metade as mortes e les\u00f5es no tr\u00e2nsito at\u00e9 2030 e alcan\u00e7ar as 12 Metas Globais de Desempenho de Seguran\u00e7a Vi\u00e1ria, das quais as Metas 3 e 4 incluem garantir que todos novas estradas s\u00e3o constru\u00eddas com um padr\u00e3o de 3 estrelas ou melhor para todos os usu\u00e1rios da estrada (Meta 3), e mais de 75% de viagens s\u00e3o equivalentes a estradas de 3 estrelas ou melhores para todos os usu\u00e1rios da estrada at\u00e9 2030 (Meta 4). \u201cA lideran\u00e7a do Banco Mundial neste trabalho, juntamente com as parcerias estabelecidas da IFC e iRAP no Brasil, demonstram o que j\u00e1 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel.
