Beta)<\/a>\u2018O desenvolvimento destacou os usu\u00e1rios vulner\u00e1veis das vias como a base para ambientes urbanos seguros, in\u00fameras barreiras para avaliar adequadamente sua seguran\u00e7a e a import\u00e2ncia dos dados.<\/p>\n<p>Financiado pela UE <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebe-project.eu\/\">\u2018Abordagens Preditivas para um Ambiente Urbano Mais Seguro\u2019 (PHOEBE)<\/a> tem como objetivo aumentar a seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria dos usu\u00e1rios vulner\u00e1veis, especialmente aqueles que utilizam meios de mobilidade ativa e patinetes el\u00e9tricos. O projeto aproveita os pontos fortes das ferramentas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria do iRAP e da simula\u00e7\u00e3o e intelig\u00eancia artificial do AIMSUN para oferecer ferramentas de previs\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a harmonizadas, integradas e de ponta, que levam em conta g\u00eanero, idade e n\u00edveis de capacidade ao planejar a mobilidade do futuro.<\/p>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio Beta \u00e9 um entreg\u00e1vel provis\u00f3rio que explora o est\u00e1gio atual do desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico. Ele captura a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento dos modelos aprimorados, ambientes de simula\u00e7\u00e3o e materiais de suporte ao usu\u00e1rio prontos para teste nos tr\u00eas locais piloto do PHOEBE: Atenas, Val\u00eancia e West Midlands.<\/p>\n<p>Especificamente, ele inclui a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios aspectos para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o no ambiente de simula\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego AIMSUN, incluindo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modelos de mudan\u00e7a de modo e demanda induzida para facilitar sa\u00eddas din\u00e2micas, refletindo flutua\u00e7\u00f5es no fluxo e velocidade do tr\u00e1fego.<\/li>\n<li>Modelos comportamentais humanos para aprimorar a compreens\u00e3o das intera\u00e7\u00f5es e processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o do usu\u00e1rio.<\/li>\n<li>Melhorias no modelo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria, incluindo segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o de dados refinada e classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de risco din\u00e2micas baseadas em velocidade e fluxos vari\u00e1veis.<\/li>\n<li>Atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es para o \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimsun.com\/aimsun-next-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AIMSUN Pr\u00f3xima<\/a>\u2019ambiente de simula\u00e7\u00e3o, visando aprimorar a precis\u00e3o e o realismo da simula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Procedimentos e estrat\u00e9gias de integra\u00e7\u00e3o para representar altera\u00e7\u00f5es comportamentais e demanda induzida em cen\u00e1rios de simula\u00e7\u00e3o, destacando o compromisso do projeto em abordar os complexos desafios da mobilidade urbana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Em meio a esses avan\u00e7os, duas li\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00edticas surgiram:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usu\u00e1rios Vulner\u00e1veis nas Vias (UVVs) Permanecem Centrais para a Seguran\u00e7a Urbana:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 um facto firmemente estabelecido que os VRUs (Vulnerable Road Users - Utilizadores Vulner\u00e1veis de Ve\u00edculos) constituem a pedra angular da seguran\u00e7a em ambientes urbanos. No entanto, a equipa do projeto PHOEBE tem encontrado in\u00fameras barreiras na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o adequada da sua seguran\u00e7a. Estes obst\u00e1culos v\u00e3o desde a aus\u00eancia de dados dedicados e a necessidade de aprimorar modelos para estes utilizadores at\u00e9 \u00e0 falta de estudos em \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas. Ainda h\u00e1 muito a ser desenvolvido no dom\u00ednio da seguran\u00e7a dos VRUs. O papel do PHOEBE \u00e9 abordar as lacunas no \u00e2mbito do projeto e destacar outras para a comunidade de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dados Emergem como Pilar Central:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os dados s\u00e3o a espinha dorsal do projeto PHOEBE, impulsionando tanto o desenvolvimento quanto os processos de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o\/valida\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos.
