The FIA School Assessment Programme is delivered with the support and expertise of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/starratingforschools.org\/\">Star Ratings for School Assessment Programme (SR4S)\u00a0<\/a>developed by long-term FIA Foundation partner,<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/\">\u00a0iRAP.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 10 FIA clubs will be working in-country to support safe streets with a range of interventions and programmes in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Croatia by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hak.hr\/\">HAK auto club<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tanzania by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/automobile-associations-africa.org\/find-a-club\/automobile-association-of-tanzania\/\">Automobile Association of Tanzania (AAT)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nigeria by<a href=\"http:\/\/www.atcn.org.ng\/\">\u00a0Automobile and Touring Club of Nigeria<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Zambia by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fia.com\/about-fia\/member-clubs\/zambia-motor-sport-association\">Zambia Motor Sport Association (ZMSA)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Uruguay by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/acu.com.uy\/\">Autom\u00f3vil Club del Uruguay (ACU)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Uganda by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/motorsportuganda.com\/\">Federation of Motorsport Clubs of Uganda (FMU)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Moldova by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/saferoads.md\/\">Automobile Club of Moldova (ACM)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Colombia by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acc.com.co\/\">Autom\u00f3vil Club De Colombia (AAC)<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tiempodejuego.org\/\">Fundaci\u00f3n Tiempo de Juego<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Panama by Association of Tourism and Sports of Panama (ASAI)<\/li>\n<li>Georgia by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/eastern%20alliance%20for%20safe%20and%20sustainable%20transport\/\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\">Eastern Alliance for Safe and Sustainable Transport (EASST)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aggie Krasnolucka, Programmes Manager for the FIA Foundation, said: \u201cThe journey to school is full of risks \u2013 injury on the roads is the leading cause of death for children over the age of five. The FIA Road Safety grants are supporting the vital work of auto clubs making real, deliverable and replicable change on the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rafaela Machado, Star Rating for Schools Global Coordinator, said: \u201ciRAP is delighted to partner with FIA and FIA Foundation to help clubs deliver 5-star school journeys. Clubs now have the opportunity to implement life-saving infrastructure and showcase successful interventions and their impact for children walking to school.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aleksandra Golovliova, Policy and Campaigns Officer, added: \u201cEveryone should have the right to a safe journey to school. In collaboration with iRAP and FIA Foundation, the FIA is pleased to support its members in implementing focused actions on the ground that contribute to improving children\u2019s safety daily. The School Assessment Programme enables Clubs to advocate for the infrastructure and behavioural improvements that will save children\u2019s lives worldwide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Delivery of the grant projects will be supported by the free <a href=\"http:\/\/school-assessment-toolkit.fia-grants.com\/\">FIA School Assessment Toolkit<\/a>, a dedicated web-based repository that guides FIA Clubs through the key steps to undertake a school assessment.
