A pr\u00f3xima rodada de concess\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as para o Programa Nacional EuroRAP dever\u00e1 ser anunciada em fevereiro de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>O Plano Nacional para a Gr\u00e9cia prop\u00f5e que o CERTH seja designado como &quot;L\u00edder Nacional do Programa EuroRAP na Gr\u00e9cia&quot;. O CERTH coordenar\u00e1 com a Hellastron e o Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura e Transportes da Gr\u00e9cia a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um Programa Estrat\u00e9gico de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Rodovi\u00e1ria (RAP). Isso permitir\u00e1 o acompanhamento das conquistas da Gr\u00e9cia em seguran\u00e7a da infraestrutura at\u00e9 2030, em conson\u00e2ncia com as Metas de Desempenho de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria 3 e 4 da ONU para 2030. O programa tamb\u00e9m apoia a meta europeia de longo prazo de reduzir drasticamente o n\u00famero de mortes e les\u00f5es graves no transporte rodovi\u00e1rio at\u00e9 2050. Al\u00e9m disso, prestar\u00e1 apoio ao Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura e \u00e0 Hellastron no cumprimento das novas exig\u00eancias de relat\u00f3rios da Diretiva 2008\/96\/CE sobre gest\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a da infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>A Gr\u00e9cia \u00e9 o \u00fanico pa\u00eds que atingiu a meta europeia de reduzir em 50% o n\u00famero de mortes no tr\u00e2nsito entre 2011 e 2020, e o progresso \u00e9 encorajador, refletindo o trabalho realizado at\u00e9 o momento. No entanto, com 64 mortes por milh\u00e3o de habitantes, o pa\u00eds tem a maior taxa da UE.<\/p>\n<p>Ao comentar sobre o desenvolvimento de um Plano Nacional para a Gr\u00e9cia, Lina Konstantinopoulou, Secret\u00e1ria-Geral da EuroRAP, afirmou:\u201c<em>Fico muito satisfeito em ver que a Gr\u00e9cia est\u00e1 seguindo o exemplo de outros pa\u00edses que desenvolvem parcerias bem-sucedidas no \u00e2mbito do Programa Nacional EuroRAP e uma forte colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com as autoridades rodovi\u00e1rias competentes. Os parceiros do programa EuroRAP na Eslov\u00eania, por exemplo, receberam recentemente o prestigioso Pr\u00eamio Internacional Pr\u00edncipe Michael de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria por suas conquistas. Aguardo com expectativa a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o que o EuroRAP poder\u00e1 dar para a r\u00e1pida redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos acidentes de tr\u00e2nsito e espero que a Gr\u00e9cia continue entre os l\u00edderes nessa redu\u00e7\u00e3o na pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sobre o EuroRAP<br \/>\nA EuroRAP \u00e9 uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o internacional sem fins lucrativos composta por autoridades rodovi\u00e1rias nacionais e regionais, clubes de mobilidade, ONGs de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria e pesquisadores. O prop\u00f3sito singular da EuroRAP \u00e9 fornecer uma abordagem hol\u00edstica, completa e padronizada para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, utilizando os protocolos RAP. O objetivo \u00e9 garantir uma Europa livre de estradas de alto risco, como parte da iniciativa para alcan\u00e7ar zero mortes no tr\u00e2nsito. A EuroRAP contribui para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel 3 e 4 das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, relacionados \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria e \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a da infraestrutura.
