  1. Qual \u00e9 o seu cargo atual na AMZS e qual \u00e9 a vis\u00e3o da sua associa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Atualmente, sou o Secret\u00e1rio-Geral da AMZS, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Eslovena de Autom\u00f3veis e Motocicletas. Ao mesmo tempo, sou gerente de projetos da AMZS EuroRAP e do projeto RADAR.<\/p>\n

    A AMZS \u00e9 muito ativa na seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria e na mobilidade segura, incluindo todos os tr\u00eas pilares da seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria: 1.\u00a0em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos motoristas<\/strong>, administramos nossa pr\u00f3pria autoescola e o maior centro de dire\u00e7\u00e3o segura da Eslov\u00eania; 2.\u00a0em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a ve\u00edculos<\/strong>,Oferecemos assist\u00eancia rodovi\u00e1ria, oficinas de repara\u00e7\u00e3o de autom\u00f3veis, inspe\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas de ve\u00edculos, homologa\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos, somos parceiros em testes internacionais anuais de pneus e testes de sistemas de reten\u00e7\u00e3o infantil; 3.\u00a0em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 infraestrutura<\/strong>,Desde 2008, temos avaliado estradas utilizando os procedimentos iRAP\/EuroRAP, al\u00e9m de testes em passagens de pedestres, testes em t\u00faneis e muitas outras atividades. Nossa vis\u00e3o \u00e9 ser a principal voz e representante de todos os usu\u00e1rios das vias em prol de uma mobilidade segura e sustent\u00e1vel, tanto em conjunto quanto contra as institui\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais.<\/p>\n

    1. Poderia nos contar um pouco mais sobre o envolvimento da AMZS nos projetos SENSoR e RADAR?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      A AMZS possui vasta experi\u00eancia em projetos internacionais. Os projetos SENSoR e RADAR permitiram-nos dar continuidade ao trabalho de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de estradas, n\u00e3o apenas classificando-as, mas tamb\u00e9m promovendo a import\u00e2ncia de uma abordagem sist\u00eamica segura e aumentando a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os intervenientes na seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria na Eslov\u00e9nia. Ao mesmo tempo, ambos os projetos permitiram-nos partilhar e receber exemplos e abordagens de boas pr\u00e1ticas a n\u00edvel internacional. O projeto SENSoR possibilitou-nos realizar a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de estradas em larga escala, tendo atribu\u00eddo estrelas a cerca de 3.200 km de estradas estaduais eslovenas.<\/p>\n

      1. Por que voc\u00ea escolheu fazer parceria com a EuroRAP? O que a EuroRAP oferece a voc\u00ea?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        O EuroRAP permitiu-nos utilizar ferramentas de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o rodovi\u00e1ria independentes e internacionalmente compar\u00e1veis, o que fortaleceu a nossa posi\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s autoridades rodovi\u00e1rias e aos minist\u00e9rios. Quando se exige estradas mais seguras e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e melhorias constantes, o EuroRAP \u00e9 considerado uma ferramenta poderosa para apoiar as nossas iniciativas.<\/p>\n

        1. Poderia nos falar sobre os principais sucessos alcan\u00e7ados na \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria na Eslov\u00eania devido \u00e0 sua colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o EuroRAP?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          A conquista mais importante \u00e9 o estabelecimento do cons\u00f3rcio esloveno EuroRAP, ou melhor, da parceria, que engloba o Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura, a Pol\u00edcia, as autoridades rodovi\u00e1rias estaduais e as autoridades de autoestradas. Grande parte do m\u00e9rito se deve ao Sr. Robert Staba, ex-funcion\u00e1rio da AMZS, que deu in\u00edcio \u00e0 hist\u00f3ria da AMZS no EuroRAP. Fornecemos Mapas de Risco para per\u00edodos consecutivos de tr\u00eas anos: 2006-2008, 2009-2011, 2012-2014 e 2015-2017. Classificamos por estrelas cerca de 4.000 km de estradas estaduais e 800 km de autoestradas e vias expressas desde 2008.<\/p>\n

          1. No final do ano passado, a AMZS ganhou o prestigiado Pr\u00eamio Internacional Pr\u00edncipe Michael de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria. Poderia nos contar mais sobre essa grande conquista?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Temos orgulho de que nossa atua\u00e7\u00e3o consistente no EuroRAP, realizada regularmente desde 2008, tenha sido reconhecida internacionalmente e por um grupo t\u00e3o prestigiado de vencedores de pr\u00eamios. Continuaremos trabalhando em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente com as autoridades rodovi\u00e1rias, com as quais assinamos o terceiro contrato consecutivo para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de estradas. Especificamente, em cerca de 101.800 km de extens\u00e3o das rodovias estaduais eslovenas, incluindo autoestradas e vias expressas, s\u00e3o percorridos anualmente mais de 50.800 km por ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\n
