Qual \u00e9 o seu cargo atual e qual \u00e9 a vis\u00e3o da Croatian Motorways sobre seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>O princ\u00edpio fundamental da miss\u00e3o e vis\u00e3o das Autoestradas Croatas \u00e9 garantir rodovias seguras e eficientes, com um alto n\u00edvel de responsabilidade social. Nossa vis\u00e3o \u00e9 que as Autoestradas Croatas sejam reconhecidas como um exemplo de cuidado e responsabilidade para com os usu\u00e1rios, a comunidade, os funcion\u00e1rios e o meio ambiente, bem como um exemplo de melhores pr\u00e1ticas em termos de seguran\u00e7a e qualidade das estradas na Cro\u00e1cia e regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por que voc\u00ea escolheu fazer parceria com a EuroRAP? O que a EuroRAP oferece a voc\u00ea?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>H\u00e1 mais de 10 anos, a Croatian Motorways acompanha de perto o trabalho do EuroRAP, que teve in\u00edcio na Cro\u00e1cia por meio das atividades do Autom\u00f3vel Clube Croata e da Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias de Transporte e Tr\u00e1fego da Universidade de Zagreb. A abordagem para aumentar a seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria na Cro\u00e1cia mudou drasticamente nesses 10 anos, de modo que podemos afirmar, de forma geral, que a infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria, como um dos tr\u00eas fatores b\u00e1sicos da seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, assumiu um papel mais proeminente. A Croatian Motorways reconheceu essa tend\u00eancia por meio da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com a Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias de Transporte e Tr\u00e1fego e, al\u00e9m de colaborar no projeto CEF SLAIN, estamos participando de diversos projetos nos quais os protocolos EuroRAP s\u00e3o utilizados, em alguma medida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Poderia nos falar sobre seus principais sucessos na \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria na Cro\u00e1cia?<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>devido \u00e0 sua colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o EuroRAP?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>A rede de autoestradas gerida pela Autoridade Rodovi\u00e1ria Croata \u00e9 a parte mais segura da malha rodovi\u00e1ria da Cro\u00e1cia. O m\u00e9rito deve-se principalmente aos esfor\u00e7os incessantes dos departamentos da Autoridade Rodovi\u00e1ria Croata, que trabalham continuamente na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das normas mais recentes. Nesse sentido, o envolvimento do EuroRAP em diferentes atividades educativas e projetos internacionais \u00e9 da maior import\u00e2ncia, pois contribui para aumentar a consciencializa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o impacto das infraestruturas rodovi\u00e1rias nos acidentes rodovi\u00e1rios e as suas consequ\u00eancias. Isto aplica-se especialmente \u00e0 abordagem conservadora da seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, onde o ponto de vista fundamental \u00e9 que os acidentes rodovi\u00e1rios ocorrem devido a erros humanos e que as suas consequ\u00eancias n\u00e3o podem ser mitigadas. Atualmente, dispomos de indicadores precisos, an\u00e1lises e estudos que demonstram que existem outras causas de acidentes rodovi\u00e1rios e, nesse sentido, o papel do EuroRAP \u00e9 substancial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Que conselho daria a outras autoridades rodovi\u00e1rias na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a da infraestrutura vi\u00e1ria?<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b>Uma das mensagens cruciais seria que a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o independente da seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria deve ser vista como uma oportunidade de melhoria, e n\u00e3o como algo negativo. O investimento em seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, assim como todos os outros investimentos socialmente ben\u00e9ficos, precisa ser quantificado e proporcional. As ferramentas fornecidas pelo EuroRAP t\u00eam exatamente esse foco, ou seja, nos d\u00e3o um meio de medir o nosso sucesso na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos mais altos padr\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poderia compartilhar uma hist\u00f3ria de 6 palavras sobre o que o EuroRAP \u00e9 ou fez por voc\u00ea?
