Todos os direitos reservados. .<\/p>\n<p>A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas para a Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria e a entrega dos mapas de risco da Rede Rodovi\u00e1ria Transeuropeia do pa\u00eds foram realizadas no Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura e dos Transportes pelo Instituto de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria (IOAS) \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d. Os mapas apresentados dizem respeito ao projeto SLAIN (Saving Lives Assessing and Improving TEN-T Road Network Safety), elaborado pelo Instituto de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o internacional EuroRAP e parceiros da It\u00e1lia, Espanha e Cro\u00e1cia, e cofinanciado pela Comunidade Europeia atrav\u00e9s do Programa CEF (Connecting Europe Facility 2014-2020), com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura e dos Transportes.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do projeto \u00e9 a seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria e, como consequ\u00eancia (entre outros), a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um mapa de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de risco da rede rodovi\u00e1ria transeuropeia da Gr\u00e9cia. Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 compat\u00edvel com a diretiva 2008\/96 do Parlamento Europeu (que foi incorporada \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o grega pelo Decreto Presidencial 104\/2011 (Di\u00e1rio Oficial 237\/A\/7-11-2011)), bem como com a revis\u00e3o da Diretiva 2019\/1936\/CE, que prev\u00ea a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>A cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos mapas de risco e o c\u00e1lculo dos indicadores relevantes foram realizados de acordo com a metodologia internacional EuroRAP e referem-se \u00e0 Rede Rodovi\u00e1ria Transeuropeia do per\u00edodo 2015-2018 (com os dados correspondentes dispon\u00edveis). Esta metodologia \u00e9 totalmente compat\u00edvel e aceita pela nova Diretiva Europeia e por outras organiza\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais (OMS, Banco Mundial). Isso permite a compara\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre diferentes pa\u00edses, visto que a mesma metodologia \u00e9 aplicada internacionalmente em mais de 100 pa\u00edses at\u00e9 o momento. Os dois mapas criados no \u00e2mbito do projeto SLAIN dizem respeito \u00e0 densidade de eventos e ao \u00edndice de risco, que representam, respectivamente, o n\u00edvel de risco coletivo e individual dos usu\u00e1rios das vias. A escala de risco varia do amarelo ao verde, do mais alto ao mais baixo. A compara\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados de acidentes de tr\u00e2nsito do per\u00edodo de quatro anos em an\u00e1lise demonstra o resultado positivo da melhoria da seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria. Mais uma vez, destaca-se o papel crucial desempenhado pela rede de autoestradas na Gr\u00e9cia na redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos indicadores de risco \u2013 a percentagem de estradas de baixo risco aumentou de 121.000 para 871.000 do total da rede transeuropeia.<\/p>\n<p>A presidente do Instituto, Sra. Vasiliki Danelli-Mylonas, e executivos de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/i.o.as\/\">IOAS<\/a>. O escrit\u00f3rio de advocacia \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d entregou os mapas de risco ao Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura e Transportes, cabendo \u00e0 Gr\u00e9cia comprovar \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es europeias o cumprimento de suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme declarado pelo Vice-Ministro da Infraestrutura e Transportes, Sr. Giannis Kefalogiannis, \u201ca seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de alt\u00edssima prioridade para o atual governo. No Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura e Transportes, sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sr. Costas Karamanlis, buscamos adotar as melhores pr\u00e1ticas internacionais a fim de dispor das ferramentas adequadas para a formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas, em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os que contribuem para esse esfor\u00e7o.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O Secret\u00e1rio-Geral de Infraestrutura, Sr. George Karagiannis, ao receber os mapas, agradeceu ao Presidente do Instituto de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria (RSI), \u201cPanos Mylonas\u201d, pela entrega dos mesmos e expressou sua satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cpelo trabalho realizado pelos departamentos competentes e pelos colaboradores do Minist\u00e9rio, em uma quest\u00e3o de particular import\u00e2ncia para o planejamento estrat\u00e9gico das infraestruturas do pa\u00eds e para a prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o das interven\u00e7\u00f5es no \u00e2mbito da Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a Sra.
