Like many life-saving charities working in the public health arena, we use a robust, evidence-based approach to reduce the likelihood of deaths and serious injuries.<\/p>\n<p>iRAP works in partnership with governments, road authorities, mobility clubs, development banks, NGOs and research organisations to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect high-risk roads and develop Star Ratings, Risk Maps and Safer Roads Investment Plans<\/li>\n<li>Provide training, technology and support that will build and sustain national, regional and local capability<\/li>\n<li>Track road safety performance so that funding agencies can assess the benefits of their investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As ferramentas do iRAP j\u00e1 foram utilizadas em mais de 140 pa\u00edses para avaliar a seguran\u00e7a de cerca de 4,2 milh\u00f5es de km de ruas, estradas e rodovias, al\u00e9m de influenciar projetos de planejamento e constru\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de mais de 120 bilh\u00f5es de libras esterlinas.
