CycleRAP \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo f\u00e1cil, acess\u00edvel e r\u00e1pido para avaliar a seguran\u00e7a de infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria e ciclovias. Ele visa reduzir acidentes e melhorar a seguran\u00e7a especificamente para ciclistas e outros usu\u00e1rios de mobilidade leve, identificando locais de alto risco sem a necessidade de dados de acidentes.<\/p>\n

O CycleRAP pode ser usado em qualquer lugar do mundo e alimentar\u00e1 ferramentas de software utilizadas para identificar e mapear onde \u00e9 prov\u00e1vel que ocorram acidentes envolvendo ciclistas e ve\u00edculos de mobilidade leve.<\/p>\n

O modelo utiliza dados sobre as caracter\u00edsticas de uma estrada, rua ou caminho para avaliar o risco de acidentes para ciclistas e usu\u00e1rios de mobilidade leve \u2014 independentemente do tipo de instala\u00e7\u00e3o (ou se est\u00e1 em via p\u00fablica ou n\u00e3o) e para todos os tipos de acidentes.<\/p>\n

O CycleRAP destina-se ao uso por autoridades de transporte e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es envolvidas na promo\u00e7\u00e3o ou defesa de instala\u00e7\u00f5es mais seguras para ciclistas e usu\u00e1rios de outros ve\u00edculos de mobilidade leve.<\/p>\n
