S\u00e3o oferecidas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s partes interessadas sobre o desenvolvimento e o uso apropriado de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de IA para salvar vidas.<\/p>\n<p>A IA facilita o gerenciamento proativo da seguran\u00e7a no tr\u00e2nsito de duas maneiras: Por meio de sensores e sistemas como vis\u00e3o computacional, ela ajuda a coletar dados sobre as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria e eventos de tr\u00e1fego em toda a rede vi\u00e1ria. E, por meio de modelos preditivos, a IA aprende a identificar locais na rede onde o risco de acidentes \u00e9 maior. Em regi\u00f5es onde dados precisos e relevantes existem, a IA pode identificar locais perigosos proativamente, antes que os acidentes aconte\u00e7am.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, muitos consideram que a IA carece da transpar\u00eancia e da interpretabilidade das previs\u00f5es dos modelos estat\u00edsticos tradicionais. Com o poder computacional amplamente dispon\u00edvel, o que agora limita a IA \u00e9 a disponibilidade de dados e de indiv\u00edduos qualificados para supervisionar a modelagem. Os dados muitas vezes s\u00e3o escassos porque permanecem em silos em vez de serem compartilhados, e observa-se que a ind\u00fastria automotiva det\u00e9m alguns dos dados mais valiosos para a previs\u00e3o de riscos.<\/p>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio recomenda que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desenvolver um mercado competitivo para compartilhamento e monetiza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados de tr\u00e1fego e mobilidade<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o espere por dados em tempo real para desenvolver mapas de risco<\/li>\n<li>Exija o compartilhamento de dados agregados de ve\u00edculos<\/li>\n<li>Aprenda com outros campos e melhores pr\u00e1ticas para compartilhamento de dados e prote\u00e7\u00e3o de privacidade<\/li>\n<li>Apoie pesquisa e inova\u00e7\u00e3o em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a IA confi\u00e1vel e explic\u00e1vel<\/li>\n<li>Alinhar novas ferramentas com objetivos de pol\u00edtica precisos<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolver novas habilidades e infraestrutura digital<\/li>\n<li>Esclarecer os marcos regulat\u00f3rios para prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados e seguran\u00e7a digital<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolver ferramentas de mapeamento de riscos f\u00e1ceis de usar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>a iniciativa da iRAP de coleta e codifica\u00e7\u00e3o acelerada e inteligente de dados de atributos de rodovias, conhecida como <a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/project\/ai-rap\/\">AiRAP<\/a> foi inclu\u00eddo na Roundtable Review e aparece no relat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>O AiRAP tem o potencial de reduzir o tempo e o esfor\u00e7o exigidos pelas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, reduzir os custos por unidade de comprimento de estrada, melhorar a precis\u00e3o e disponibilizar dados para todas as estradas do mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Para desbloquear esse potencial, o principal objetivo do AiRAP \u00e9 obter dados de atributos da via, fluxo de tr\u00e1fego e velocidade seguindo a \u201cespecifica\u00e7\u00e3o global comum\u201d do iRAP e mapear o desempenho de seguran\u00e7a e as classifica\u00e7\u00f5es por estrelas.<\/p>\n<p>O AiRAP captura avan\u00e7os em intelig\u00eancia artificial, aprendizado de m\u00e1quina, sistemas de vis\u00e3o (rua e c\u00e9u), LIDAR, telem\u00e1tica e outras fontes de dados.<\/p>\n<p>Os provedores podem propor rotinas de tradu\u00e7\u00e3o para converter dados coletados por m\u00e1quinas em dados compat\u00edveis com o iRAP, com a convers\u00e3o certificada pelo iRAP.
