Essa abordagem tamb\u00e9m permite explorar dados hist\u00f3ricos que podem auxiliar no monitoramento de desempenho e em estudos de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o por estrelas antes e depois de melhorias nas estradas. Os custos de dados e de codifica\u00e7\u00e3o ainda se aplicam.<\/p>\n<p>O portal web RoadViewer facilita a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e a codifica\u00e7\u00e3o de atributos rodovi\u00e1rios de acordo com os padr\u00f5es globais iRAP. O RoadViewer utiliza dados LiDAR m\u00f3veis capturados continuamente e imagens de 360 graus capturadas aproximadamente a cada 8 metros, atendendo aos requisitos do iRAP para segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o em intervalos de 100 metros e codifica\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 50 atributos de seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, incluindo largura das faixas, largura dos acostamentos, declives, dist\u00e2ncia at\u00e9 \u00e1rvores, barreiras de seguran\u00e7a e postes de energia.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da codifica\u00e7\u00e3o manual dos atributos de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o por estrelas, o sistema RoadViewer foi projetado para facilitar a futura transi\u00e7\u00e3o da codifica\u00e7\u00e3o manual baseada em v\u00eddeo iRAP para a codifica\u00e7\u00e3o acelerada e inteligente de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o por estrelas, credenciada pela AiRAP, utilizando LiDAR m\u00f3vel e imagens de 360 graus, bem como t\u00e9cnicas associadas de IA e aprendizado de m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n<p>O Roadviewer e os dados do MoMA aos quais ele tem acesso tamb\u00e9m podem ser usados no desenvolvimento de Planos de Investimento em Rodovias Mais Seguras, bem como para outros fins, como a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica de ativos rodovi\u00e1rios, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de an\u00e1lises de trajet\u00f3ria de ve\u00edculos pesados e o c\u00e1lculo da altura livre de pontes para ve\u00edculos com excesso de altura.<\/p>\n<p>Os fornecedores e sistemas de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o acreditados pela norma iRAP ser\u00e3o essenciais para atender \u00e0s recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do rec\u00e9m-lan\u00e7ado programa. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.who.int\/media\/docs\/default-source\/documents\/health-topics\/road-traffic-injuries\/global-plan-for-road-safety.pdf?sfvrsn=65cf34c8_27&amp;download=true\">Plano Global para a D\u00e9cada de A\u00e7\u00e3o para a Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria<\/a>.
