A abordagem tamb\u00e9m permite a explora\u00e7\u00e3o de dados hist\u00f3ricos que podem apoiar o monitoramento de desempenho e estudos de \"antes e depois\" da Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Estelar relacionados a melhorias de estradas.
