ajudar\u00e1 a reduzir pela metade as mortes e les\u00f5es no tr\u00e2nsito em todo o mundo at\u00e9 2030.<\/p>\n<p>O Plano foi desenvolvido pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) e pelas Comiss\u00f5es Regionais das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com parceiros da Colabora\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria e outras partes interessadas.<\/p>\n<p>Ele descreve o \u201co que fazer, como fazer e quem deve fazer\u201d para atingir o objetivo. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/violence_injury_prevention\/road_traffic\/12GlobalRoadSafetyTargets.pdf\">12 Metas Globais de Desempenho em Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria<\/a>, apelando aos governos e parceiros para que implementem a Abordagem de Sistemas Seguros na cria\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias e programas para a seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria, a mobilidade href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/en\/A\/RES\/74\/299\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-sf-ec-immutable=\"\">resolu\u00e7\u00e3o A\/RES\/74\/299<\/a>\u00a0\u201cMelhorar a seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria global\u201d, proclamando a D\u00e9cada de A\u00e7\u00e3o para a Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria 2021-2030, com a ambiciosa meta de prevenir pelo menos 501 mil e oito mil mortes e les\u00f5es no tr\u00e2nsito at\u00e9 2030.<\/p>\n<p>O Plano Global est\u00e1 alinhado com o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.roadsafetysweden.com\/about-the-conference\/stockholm-declaration\/\">Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Estocolmo<\/a>, O Plano Global enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia de uma abordagem
