{"id":2190,"date":"2020-09-10T02:04:56","date_gmt":"2020-09-09T16:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure\/"},"modified":"2026-05-05T16:58:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T06:58:51","slug":"unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/unrsc-webinar-summary-the-ten-step-plan-for-safer-road-infrastructure\/","title":{"rendered":"Resumo do webinar do UNRSC: O Plano de Dez Etapas para uma Infraestrutura Rodovi\u00e1ria Mais Segura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Em 9 de setembro, o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irfnet.ch\/\">Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Rodovi\u00e1ria Internacional<\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/pt\/\">iRAP<\/a>\u00a0organizou um\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/roadsafety\/en\/\">Colabora\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria (UNRSC)<\/a>\u00a0webinar sobre o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/roadsafety\/publications\/en\/\">Plano de dez etapas para uma infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria mais segura<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O Plano de Dez Etapas foi elaborado pelos parceiros do Grupo de Estradas Mais Seguras e Mobilidade do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas (UNRSC) para fornecer um processo claro para o estabelecimento de sistemas, o desenvolvimento de capacidades e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de parcerias que apoiem a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas sobre Tr\u00e2nsito Rodovi\u00e1rio e Sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Rodovi\u00e1ria e a consecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos objetivos da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/violence_injury_prevention\/road_traffic\/12GlobalRoadSafetyTargets.pdf?ua=1\">Estados-membros da ONU concordaram com metas globais<\/a>\u00a03 e 4 para estradas novas e existentes mais seguras.<\/p>\n<p>O Plano de Dez Passos \u00e9 um recurso fundamental para apoiar o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/74\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/99\/2020\/08\/Draft-Resolution-Road-Safety.pdf\">Segunda D\u00e9cada de A\u00e7\u00e3o para a Seguran\u00e7a Rodovi\u00e1ria (2021-2030)<\/a>\u00a0que visa reduzir pela metade as mortes e os ferimentos at\u00e9 2030. Atualmente, mais de 1,35 milh\u00e3o de pessoas morrem e at\u00e9 50 milh\u00f5es ficam feridas por ano, sendo que 90% dessas v\u00edtimas ocorrem em pa\u00edses em desenvolvimento.
