{"id":6252,"date":"2026-02-27T06:34:08","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T19:34:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.temp.irap-dev.org\/netherlands-2030-strategy-joins-our-list\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:11:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T05:11:42","slug":"netherlands-2030-strategy-joins-our-list","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/netherlands-2030-strategy-joins-our-list\/","title":{"rendered":"Nederlandse Strategie voor Verkeersveiligheid 2030 Toegevoegd aan Onze Lijst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Veel nationale en regionale beleidsmaatregelen omvatten de iRAP-methodologie en -instrumenten voor veiligere wegen, evenals de Nederlandse Verkeersveiligheidsstrategie 2030, getiteld <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kennisnetwerkspv.nl\/getmedia\/ce0099b7-ce77-4ce2-98c8-a7810662ef10\/19-093-RO-SPV-Engels_v2.pdf.aspx\">\u201cVeiligheid van deur tot deur: een gezamenlijke visie op de aanpak van het verkeersveiligheidsbeleid\u201d<\/a>, heeft zich bij onze lijst gevoegd.<\/p>\n<p>De Nederlandse strategie legt sterk de nadruk op structurele verbeteringen in de verkeersveiligheid en introduceert een alomvattende, risicogebaseerde aanpak om de onderliggende oorzaken van verkeersdoden en ernstig letsel aan te pakken.<\/p>\n<p>Een veilige weginfrastructuur is een uitgesproken prioriteit, waarbij wordt aanbevolen om de belangrijkste risicofactoren aan te pakken met behulp van een kwaliteitsbeoordeling van wegen, zoals het percentage weglengte dat voldoet aan 4 of 5 sterren van de iRAP Road Protection Score of CycleRAP.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/cyclerap\/\">CycleRAP<\/a>, dat nu in 31 landen in gebruik is, werd ontwikkeld met de steun van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anwb.nl\/\">Koninklijke Nederlandse Toeristenbond (ANWB)<\/a> Om de veiligheid van weg- en fietsinfrastructuur te evalueren zonder dat daarvoor ongevalsgegevens nodig zijn.<\/p>\n<p>De Nederlandse Strategie 2030 is niet zomaar een verzameling maatregelen, maar een nieuwe, op risico&#039;s gebaseerde aanpak van verkeersveiligheid. Het is een uitgangspunt voor alle overheidsinstanties en maatschappelijke partners om structureel aandacht te besteden aan verkeersveiligheid in nationale, regionale en lokale implementatieprogramma&#039;s.<\/p>\n<p>Met het oog op de toekomst is de overkoepelende ambitie om in 2050 geen verkeersslachtoffers meer te hebben in het land.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kennisnetwerkspv.nl\/getmedia\/ce0099b7-ce77-4ce2-98c8-a7810662ef10\/19-093-RO-SPV-Engels_v2.pdf.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download de strategie<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voortbouwend op een lange geschiedenis van RAP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nederland was een van de vier landen die het wereldwijde RAP-programma hebben opgericht en was het eerste land dat een nationaal beleid met 3 sterren of hoger vaststelde. Door partneractiviteiten is al 18.280 km aan wegen en wegontwerpen beoordeeld, wat van invloed is geweest op de veiligheid van $35 miljoen dollar aan investeringen in weginfrastructuur. Nederland is een van de vijf Europese landen die betrokken zijn bij het CAMBER-project (Connected and Adaptive Maintenance for Safer Urban and Secondary Roads) voor de periode 2025-2027. 157 mensen hebben geprofiteerd van wereldwijde\/online iRAP-trainingen, naast 423 mensen die lokaal zijn getraind. Nederlandse partners hebben het innovatiepartnerschap van iRAP geleid om CycleRAP te ontwikkelen en SWOV is een van de 11 iRAP Centres of Excellence die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de op bewijs gebaseerde wereldwijde norm en instrumenten voor de veiligheid van weginfrastructuur.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/nl\/safety-insights-explorer\/\">iRAP\u2019s Safety Insights Explorer<\/a>, Het behalen van VN-doelstelling 4, namelijk meer dan 751 ton aan reizen over wegen met 3 sterren of beter voor alle weggebruikers in Nederland tegen 2030, zal naar schatting 128 levens per jaar redden en 317.732 levens en verwondingen voorkomen gedurende de 20 jaar dat de wegbehandelingen meegaan, met een economisch voordeel van 1,9 biljoen dollar \u2013 1,9 biljoen dollar voor elke 1,9 biljoen dollar die wordt uitgegeven.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/irap.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Netherlands-bcsr.jpg\" alt=\"Netherlands bcsr\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Many national and state policies include the iRAP methodology and tools for safer roads, and The Netherlands 2030 Road Safety Strategy, titled \u201cDoor to Door Safety: A Joint Vision on the Approach to Road Safety Policy\u201d, has joined our list.
