Uw feedback was cruciaal en we zijn blij te kunnen bevestigen dat bekende bugs zijn opgelost, wat resulteert in een stabieler en betrouwbaarder platform.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>The Path Forward: V1 Switch-Off and Training\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTION REQUIRED: SR4D V1 Retires in 1 week on the 4 March 2026 \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Nu we alle ontwikkelings- en ondersteuningsinspanningen richten op de bijgewerkte, verbeterde versie, wordt de oudere SR4D V1 web-app op [datum] buiten gebruik gesteld.\u00a0<strong>4 March 2026<\/strong>. On this date, <strong>V1 will no longer be supported or functional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We raden alle gebruikers sterk aan om onmiddellijk te beginnen met de overstap naar de bijgewerkte SR4D-tool. A new dialog prompt has been added to flag unsaved changes when using the \u201cCode all Tabs to All Segments\u201d function. This simple but critical addition ensures no data is lost during your most intensive coding sessions, protecting your work and saving you time.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Wereldwijde bruikbaarheid en toegankelijkheid<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To better serve our international community, we\u2019ve updated attribute labels from \u201cleft\/right\u201d to the more universal \u201cdriver-side\/passenger-side.\u201d Furthermore, the tool now includes an option to clearly define drive-on-left or drive-on-right in your datasets, improving clarity and adaptability regardless of your location. Small updates like rounding distances in menus to two decimal places also contribute to a cleaner, more precise user interface.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Duurzaam Transport Stimuleren en het Decennium van Actie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De SR4D webapplicatie is een belangrijk onderdeel van onze visie op een wereld zonder gevaarlijke wegen en ondersteunt de beweging naar duurzame transportnetwerken.<\/p>\n<p>SR4D not only enables the application of the iRAP Star Rating methodology to designs but also to existing roads, providing safety professionals with the critical data needed to prioritise upgrades and save lives. By identifying and improving high-risk locations for all road users\u2014including vulnerable road users like pedestrians and cyclists \u2013 it directly contributes to creating infrastructure that is safe and inclusive for all.<\/p>\n<p>As the world prepares for the UN Decade of Sustainable Transport (2026\u20132035), SR4D plays a vital role in aligning safety with sustainability\u2014ensuring that transport systems are not only efficient but also fundamentally safe for all users. Every assessment completed using this updated tool directly contributes to the targets of the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021-2030 \u2013 specifically, by helping us to achieve the goal of 3-star or better on every road. By using these improved features, you\u2019re not just coding roads; you\u2019re driving the data-led design of safer infrastructure globally, focusing investment where it has the biggest impact on preventing death and serious injury.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>De SR4D-webapplicatie is onderdeel van de reeks tools en functies die beschikbaar zijn binnen ViDA.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vida.irap.org\/\"><strong>ViDA<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u202f<\/strong>is het gratis online platform van iRAP.
