De Dashboard voor geaccrediteerde iRAP-beoefenaars<\/a> en IRF Internationaal Register voor Verkeersveiligheidsauditors<\/a> zijn verhelderend Gecertificeerde professionals die gekwalificeerd zijn om audits op het gebied van verkeersveiligheid uit te voeren en diensten te verlenen volgens de iRAP-specificaties van wereldwijde normen.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sterrenbeoordelingen en verkeersveiligheidsaudits<\/strong><\/p>\n

De Wereldwijd Plan voor het Decennium van Actie voor Verkeersveiligheid 2021-2030<\/a> beveelt aan dat nationale en lokale overheden "verkeersveiligheidsaudits uitvoeren op alle gedeelten van nieuwe wegen (van voorstudie tot gedetailleerd ontwerp) en beoordelingen laten uitvoeren door onafhankelijke en geaccrediteerde deskundigen om een minimale norm van drie sterren of beter te garanderen voor alle weggebruikers."\u201c<\/p>\n

De Handleiding voor sterrenbeoordeling van verkeersveiligheidsaudits (SR4RSA) <\/a>Dit artikel presenteert drie benaderingen voor de gezamenlijke toepassing van de RSA- en iRAP-methodologie tijdens de ontwerpfase van een wegenproject. De gecombineerde aanpak ondersteunt wegontwerpers bij het ontwerpen, verbeteren en rehabiliteren van wegen om veiligheidsdoelstellingen te behalen en het aantal verkeersslachtoffers te verminderen.<\/p>\n

iRAP Geaccrediteerde behandelaars<\/a> Zorg ervoor dat iRAP-beoordelingen wereldwijd op hetzelfde consistente hoge kwaliteitsniveau worden uitgevoerd. Er zijn vier categorie\u00ebn iRAP-accreditatie: accreditatie voor activiteiten, inspectiesystemen, AiRAP-kenmerken en AiRAP-geactiveerde inspectiesystemen..<\/strong> Geaccrediteerde professionals volgens de iRAP-norm maken deel uit van een markt van professionals\/leveranciers die wereldwijd concurrerend kunnen inschrijven op offertes voor diensten die voldoen aan de iRAP-specificaties.<\/p>\n

IRF-gecertificeerde auditors<\/a> kan f uitvoerenRegelmatige en onafhankelijke controles in alle projectfasen, van haalbaarheidsonderzoek, voorlopig en gedetailleerd ontwerp, tijdens de werkzaamheden en de bouw, v\u00f3\u00f3r de opening, en zelfs het uitvoeren van audits op bestaande wegen.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Het IRF-auditorsregister waarborgt kwaliteit, transparantie en verantwoording in het ontwerp en onderhoud van wegen. Om geloofwaardig te zijn, moeten audits worden uitgevoerd door professionals die geen deel uitmaken van het ontwerpteam. Dit zorgt ervoor dat kritische vragen worden gesteld, risico's onbevooroordeeld worden bekeken en kwetsbare weggebruikers worden betrokken en beschermd.<\/p>\n

iRAP biedt een uitgebreid trainingsprogramma<\/a> Op weg naar iRAP-accreditatie.<\/p>\n

Voortbouwend op succesvolle implementaties in Tanzania, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Oeganda en Australi\u00eb, lanceerde IRF een 10-daags gecertificeerd trainingsprogramma van het International Registry for Road Safety Auditors in India<\/a> deze week.
