Met een investering van 1.925 miljoen en een lengte van 6,4 kilometer is het nu het langste viaduct in Chili, waarvan meer dan 1,5 miljoen mensen profiteren met een verkeersstroom van ongeveer 600.000 voertuigen per maand.<\/p>\n<p>De infrastructuur van de Industrial Bridge is een bewijs van de kracht van proactief, op wetenschappelijk onderzoek gebaseerd verkeersveiligheidsontwerp. Vier jaar geleden voerde iRAP in opdracht van de concessiehouder een Star Rating uit van de ontwerpen voor de brug, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aleatica.com\/en\/home-eng\/\">Aleatica<\/a>. In onze beoordeling suggereerden we belangrijke tegenmaatregelen om ervoor te zorgen dat de brug een minimale rating van 3 sterren of beter zou behalen.<\/p>\n<p>Vandaag vieren we met onze partners het resultaat van die vooruitziendheid en samenwerking: een veilige en hoogwaardige infrastructuur die nu voor publiek gebruik beschikbaar is.<\/p>\n<p>Felicitaties aan Aleatica voor hun voortrekkersrol op het gebied van verkeersveiligheid, gericht op het behalen van de VN-duurzamheidsdoelen \u2013 ervoor zorgen dat alle nieuwe wegen worden aangelegd volgens een norm van minimaal 3 sterren voor alle weggebruikers (doelstelling 3), en dat in 2030 meer dan 75% aan verplaatsingen plaatsvindt op wegen die gelijkwaardig zijn aan 3-sterren of beter voor alle weggebruikers (Doelstelling 4).
